Went in today to buy locking caps for my mini split, they didn’t want to sell me the parts because they can only sell this part to license contractors…after I had talked to Ferguson customer service over the phone and they had told me I could buy this part at there store as a homeowner..I think manager and employees should be better trained on what they are selling a little better and follow company policy. Locking caps are not under pressure and is a simple instal any homeowner can do to make there ac system tamper proof.
