Wonderful crew, Lead Vincent, extremely knowledgeable about the system and install, went over and beyond. Workers Pedro, Ricardo and Roman worked efficiently and thoroughly with Vincent and did a great job installing vents, ducts and entire system. Jorge brought anything needed by crew, he was very upbeat and encouraging . Crew kept everything clean. All of these men are huge asset to Aladdin.
Derrick was on time, personable, professional. And clean in his work.
Wayne has been extremely helpful and dedicated to our project, even though we had a few misalignments. Giving a 4/5 until the work is completed, but fixing my initial review. I look forward to his continued support.

Ricardo, Vincent and Javier were prompt courteous and conscientious of the work they conducted in our home. We had our entire air ducting replaced and added a Carrier air purifier (scrubber) to our existing HVAC system. There were some very tight spots in our attic, but they managed to complete the job to our satisfaction. There were a couple of issues that happened during the job that they pointed out and offered to address, which we really appreciated. All in all, very happy with the results and looking forward to having a much more efficient system with the new ducting.
Vincent, Javier and John Duff were very professional. Installed a new furnace and walked us through the whole process and details of the new system. Lance was great in going over all of our options for purchase and gave us a really fair price.

This was an Excellent group of employees that I had the pleasure of getting to know!!! I’ll first start off with Nehemiah. He is the one who first came out to give me a quote to install central heating in my rental home. Very professional , very detailed and suggested some good ideas that I ended up using. He kept me up to date with everything and worked around my schedule to get the job done. Today the crew arrived to do the install which was in the attic. The crew was Jorge, Vincent, Javier and Ricardo. I must say, this group of individuals were ALL totally outstanding. They were all very professional and definitely very knowledgeable in the work they were performing!!! Jorge was excellent in going above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go…thank you Jorge!! Vincent was fantastic in explaining the work being performed and making sure everything was perfect!! Thank you Vincent!! Javier and Ricardo were work horses. They were professional and very friendly! They also took pride in their work and it showed with the end results!! Thank you to all of you!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the job completed!! Ricardo, Vincent and Javier were highly professional in their installation of a new attic furnace. They were courteous, efficient and kept the house very clean. I would definitely use them again.
Vincent, Javier and Ricardo were excellent. They were on time, gave me updates when needed and did a fantastic job with the install. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend Aladdin to anyone looking for HVAC work.
I had Aladdin move my existing HVAC from a closet to into the ceiling and they removed my old ducting and replaced it with new ducting, the work was quoted on a Friday and the work was started the following Tuesday and completed on Thursday, the crew of Vincent, Javier and Ricardo were top notch, extremely professional, they took extreme care to ensure all of my furniture and flooring was protected, they showed up on time everyday and kept me updated frequently on the progress, I could not ask for better customer service or a better quality installation, no complaints at all. Lance was also excellent in capturing what I needed and giving me a reasonable estimate. The Owner Wayne also stopped by to check on the progress. All in all I highly recommend Aladdin A/C and heating.
If there were 5 stars in the review I would give 6. Robert was polite and very thorough during this visit. I bought the heating and air system 9 years ago from Aladdin and it is great when the days are hot or cold. Very satisfied!
Aladdin did a great job. Technician John Hilario is a good guy. Professional. Knowledgeable and courteous. He serviced my heater properly. Great job. Highly recommend.

I called when my AC broke during a heat wave and they came the next morning. Tony was my technician who fixed my problem promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied all around.
