I highly recommend the Acosta HVAC team. Jesse, Alex and all who I have worked with have been absolutely fabulous. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my new system works perfectly, great customer service, fair pricing, wonderful people. Can you ask for anything more??
From start to finish, Acosta was responsive, professional, and provided excellent workmanship. Unlike so many other contractors, who come across as arrogant these days, the Acosta team was humble and exceedingly responsive to any questions I had. They provided excellent workmanship in a timely manner, laid out paper to protect the carpeting, and cleaned up meticulously after they finished the job. They installed a new heating unit for us, which heats beautifully, and unlike other AC and heating companies, they even said that they could service or provide maintenance to our swamp cooler (we live in Ojai) when needed. I would highly recommend Acosta to anybody in need of heating or AC installation or maintenance.
My 30 year old heater broke down over the Christmas holiday. I called Acosta HVAC for a second bid. I'm glad I did. Jesse Acosta personally provided the bid that same day (lower than the other company), scheduled the replacement with a new high efficient and quiet natural gas forced air unit. The installation looks clean and professional. The workers that installed the unit carefully blanketed the area to avoid dust in our closet and then explained everything to me. Within 24 hours of first calling Acosta our home was back warm and comfortable. I have Acosta HVAC in my contacts and will do my future business with them!
I used Acosta to completely revamp my HVAC system which was original to the home. They did a wonderful job while being quick, clean, and communicative. I would definitely recommend their work and I will be coming back to Acosta HVAC the next time I need service. Update: I've since used Acosta again to replace my dryer vent and again they knocked the job out of the park. Reasonable pricing, prompt scheduling, and incredibly thorough work (they even patched my drywall in places the previous owners had left open). I can't recommend Acosta highly enough.
I have known Jesse Acosta for over 22 years. He installed our A/C system 22 years ago and today was the total new TRANE HVAC system replacement because it finally gave out after all those years. I commend the professional crew that did the removal and replacement of the system...in one day! A great experience with the guys doing their job. Thank you again Jesse!
I highly recommend Acosta Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. They installed a complete heat pump system to replace my old gas fueled system, along with new ducting and grills and a whole house fan. Their pricing was very reasonable, the crew was polite, competent and neat. Working with Danny to select what I needed was easy and pleasant, and I especially want to compliment Eli and the rest of the crew on their professionalism and competence. One of the best home improvement projects I’ve had done.
I’ve used Acosta heating and air conditioning for years. They have kept my heating and air conditioning units running perfectly. They are extremely professional, courteous, promptly getting back to me and always do an excellent job. They’re my guys.
these guys are the most genuine people Goettl wanted $13k to replace my heater, I spent $200 with Acosta Heating and they fixed it. Absolutely the best!
Acosta is a terrific company with a very skilled work force. My installation was complicated by the age of my house and limited attic and crawl space. They new how to achieve a no short cuts and code approved heating and air system that works flawlessly. Jessie the owner suggested a heat pump HVAC product to replace our aged gas furnace. Wow what an improvement!!
Jesse and his crews are the best HVAC professionals I've ever used on a project! I've been designing and building custom homes, for over 30 years, and these guys are terrific. Punctual, smart, efficient, fair, and a pleasure to collaborate with. They are also extremely qualified and experienced. Good example of their approach is a recent job our company was asked to do. Major remodel and addition, with a strong interest in great heating, air conditioning, and humidity regulation. 5 other HVAC companies had either worked on, or made proposals for, the home before we and Acosta got involved. None of them did the preliminary testing and investigation Acosta was willing to do, and the direction that attention to detail took us won rave reviews from the owners. The completed system went beyond all of our expectations in customer satisfaction and operation. Thanks guys!!!

These guys did a wonderful job. Jesse is extremely knowledgable and came up with a great configuration for my HVAC system. They did a lovely neat job which included items I had not thought of, like adding an additional service light with easily accessible switch in the crawl space. They also widened the opening to the crawl space and made a custom door for it. It's so much easier to get down there now. He also helped me with my tax rebate information.

After reading many positive reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp, we decided to have Acosta come out and look at our very old HVAC system. We decided to go with them and were very pleased with the two gentlemen, Miguel and Jose...I think...They worked very hard for 3 days to update and change out our "ancient" system. Everyone in the front office was also very helpful, Nancy and Yvette. Things were done on time and any questions I had were answered quickly. I would recommend them to do your work without hesitating.
The technician came and I gave him a description of the problem. Very professional and knowledgeable, Ramon had the problem fixed within a half hour!
Acosta HVAC was recommended to me by several friends whose families are in the construction business. Jesse gave me a very fair and honest estimate, no shady shortcuts or scare tactics to inflate the cost (yeah, other companies tried that). I talked to assorted other HVAC companies for quotes and I am glad I chose Acosta.The crew from Acosta was very competent and efficient with the installation of the new furnace, AC, and replacement vents. Getting the work done by Acosta was a very satisfying and positive experience, THANK YOU Acosta HVAC!

Had a issue whereas my compressor wouldn't go on. Called Acosta and they sent out a technician, who found the problem and fixed it. They are great for that and I would recommend them to anybody. The owner (Jessie) actually came to my house one time and fixed a issue at no cost. I offered to pay him and he said it was free, "because we want our customers to be safe."
Amazing experience! This will be the only company I will be using from now on.
