Our appointment time was 8-10 AM. Dakota showed up promptly at 8AM. Dakota was very professional, respectful & courteous. We appreciated the fact that he put on shoe covers while in our home. He recommended we put a surge protector on the A/C condenser. Good suggestion since we have our power cut during fire season. We highly recommend Dakota & this company.
Absolutely stellar work by Alfredo Orozsco! Arrived on time and was very courteous. Provided me an account of the maintenance that he was going to do and explained everything well. Did a neat and thorough job and in the end even called the office and set up my next appointment himself ! They also are very reasonable in their charges. Highly recommend their services!
I requested an estimate on a complete HVAC system since mine is over 25 years old. The representative that came by was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects pertaining to the HVAC systems. We spoke awhile on what my requirements were. He gave me a verbal quote and then a formal quote. I am in the process of reviewing this quote and another one I received from another HVAC business.
Had them come out for an estimate to install Central Heat and Air in my condo. Super nice representative Brandon was very helpful and professional. Only issue I have is the cost is waay too high.
We recently had the pleasure of working with two teams from Conejo Valley Heating and Air. Our AC had stopped blowing cold air, so we scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Luckily, we discovered that the HVAC system had been installed by Conejo Valley (before we purchased the house) and was still under warranty. We were pleasantly surprised by the company's transparency and grateful for their assistance. Repairs were scheduled promptly, and the technician, Pablo, was friendly, professional, and tidy. We also worked with Brice to get a quote for adding additional insulation in our attic and a radiant barrier installed in our garage. Brice was sensitive to our budget, making thoughtful suggestions that would keep our costs down without sacrificing functionality. We got several other quotes and Conejo Valley's was the standout winner. The work was completed today, and the insulation team did a great, tidy job. They had to take some things out of the rafters in our garage and to my surprise when they left it was all carefully packed back away and tidied.
Great people. Very knowledgeable and professional. Use cloth booties when entering the home. All work is very clean and done in a timely manor. Would use them again without hesitation and also tell friends that may need some AC/HVAC work done.
They immediately identified our problem and ordered the parts necessary to fix it. The downside was, we had to wait for parts, but that was not their fault. On the day of installation, three trucks showed up to fix our air conditioner in a timely manner. I have used this company for 30 years on various houses. I would never trust my homes with any other company. They are the best.
Dan and Dakota are outstanding AC techs that will address all concerns and questions. They are very thorough and do what's necessary. Cyrstal in management helps straightens out any confusion or concerns and makes sure the customer is satisfied. They are good representations for Conejo Valley Heating and AC.
I have used the company for several for repairs and annual maintenance. All the techs seen to be knowledgeable about their products and are very good about notifications as to when they will arrive at our house
We used Conejo Valley Heating & Air to install our air conditioning unit. The price was comparable to others but they were thorough when they did the evaluation and didn’t try to up sell us on things we didn’t need. They worked with us on the price we could afford. Jessie’s crew did the installation and they were excellent. They were punctual, professional, and worked hard all day to complete the installation. They made sure everything was cleaned up after they were finished. They took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and didn’t mind all the questions we asked. I would highly recommend this company!!
