Paul helps me with urgent request of diagnosis the air conditioner problem (no cold air coming out of AC) and provides me great scenario analysis and repair options. He explains the approach of repair, reasons and expected lifetime clearly and professionally. Don’t even mention he came to repair the unit at July 4th without extra holiday charge. Excellent value and quality!

We all have medical issues and our apartment office was closed. Paul came in a timely manner. He was very courteous and well mannered. Paul did the job quickly and efficiently. He also was very reasonably priced especially on a holiday in 106 degree weather. We recommend to all our family and friends.

Paul is a good (great) guy. Honest, reliable and knowledgeable and easy to work with. He came to my home the morning after I reached out to him. I sent him a website contact form on Friday night. He was here Saturday morning and helped diagnose our AC compressor and gave us affordable options. After thinking about it a day or two, we hired Paul to replace our AC condenser unit. Best money we ever spent. Not only did Paul give us the best options, he secured the unit and installed within a couple of days. Now our house is freezing during this bloody heat. Paul is the real deal. Knows his work and then some. Very grateful to him help us. Thank you!

This was truly a pleasure. Paul went above and beyond to take care of my problems. The blower fan on my a/c took a dump. I talked to Paul this morning and arranged to meet him after work. He arrived shortly after I contacted him and went to work. The first thing he did was to check if my issue was covered by any manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately the warranty had expired. Paul then started calling the supplier for the part needed. He found one. Paul left to retrieve the part and told me I would be up and running tonight. He wasn't kidding! I'm a very happy customer and will reccomend Toulouse H&A to anyone who is looking for quality, reasonably rates and professional service. Thanks again Paul, Bob
Paul is professional, timely, and very detai-oriented. We had issues at my office where the air was not working and we couldn’t get someone out. I called Paul and he was able to squeeze us in. Paul explained the issues, told us what needed to be done and then spent the time needed to fix it. Now things work much better! I HIGHLY recommend Paul for your heating and air conditioning needs.
