Excellent work conducted by Frank. Unclogged primary condensation line and discovered the secondary line was covered by stucco which is the home builders error. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend his company.

Frank is very professional job, he is honest and addressed the issue with our very old air conditioner. He didn’t try to sell us a new unit, but when we do need one, he will be the first person I will seek a quote from. His rate was fair and he was prompt.

I was worried about needing to replace the unit, but Frank’s approach was for us to look for an alternative, unlike other technicians who are quick to suggest replacing the unit without offering any other solutions. Outstanding one call trustworthy. service! Frank is a true professional in every sense of the word. My A/C unit is a certified dinosaur. It needs to be retired, but Frank was able to extend its life until I can plan for its replacement. Frank is a fellow tech enthusiast and is driven to acquiring and mastering both established and cutting edge technologies. His passion is rare these days, and I value it highly.
Frank went above and beyond than any of the other contractors that worked on my unit within the last 6 months. My mini split was leaking and showed there was no refrigerant left in the condenser. One of the other contractors said the leak was coming from the condenser and quoted me to replace the whole unit. Frank on the other hand ran additional tests and was able pin point where the leak was coming from. He welded and repaired the same day.The other contractor just guessed and was wrong. Frank took the time and really saved us money.
Amazing service! Our A/C unit wasn't working, called today just to get a quote but he was able to come in less than an hour to check it out and within 2 hrs he had fixed it. Service was excellent and the price was much better than I anticipated. We now know who to call for any future issues!

I was very impressed by the work of Mr. ANAYA , he was not only CLEAN and presentable but he was also "ON TIME " , and after responding to my cry for help during the HOTTEST time of the year he made time after working all day on other jobs made time still to answer my call by showing up the day he said he would at the time he said he would and Fixed my unit in 1 day..completely took my out dated system apart and had it working the same day...amd most importantly was TOTALLY AFFORDABLE...I know this sounds like I'm making it up..BUT IM NOT!!! SUPER HAPPY AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT...SUPER AFFORDABLE...Thanks a million!!!!
