Joseph is the best ac/heating guy we have ever used and he will be our A/C guy for every job we need in the future. We have already started recommending him to other people as he is the real deal. One of the hardest working young men that we've encountered in a long time. He's reliable. Does a great job. And his prices can't be compared they are so reasonable. It's so wonderful to encounter a young man who is not only a hard worker but filled with joy for his work. He is very neat and always does 110% in any job he encounters weather big or small. Joseph was out this week to install our second central air/heating system. He did another great job and one of my friends is getting ready to use him to install a new system for him. This new system works so much better than our antiquated one. He was even able to install the smart thermostats to help save us even more on our electricity bills. This job was even more challenging for him but he did the same fine job this time as he did last time. Another thing that might be very important to animal owners is we have four dogs. The unit where he was installing this one has two indoor, very precious, kitties. They like to run and hide right by the bed where the door was at Joseph had to go in and out of. And not one time did the kitties get out. He is so patient with our dogs as they're all rescue dogs and one is a very large Pitbull. All of our animals loved him and that says a lot about who he is inside. We were never hesitant to have him come in and out of our home as he just radiates honesty both in the prices that he gives you and being able to trust him in one of our most precious places, our home. Keep up the good work Joseph!
Southern Chill is a very professional family owned business. Joseph installed a new heating and air conditioning unit for my trailer. It works fabulous. I needed it badly. It took approximately 2 1/2 -3 hours. He kept me updated on every step. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend if you need some heating or air conditioning done to call Joseph at Southern Chill. It'll be a great investment and experience.

I feel like the cost was very reasonable. They were able to come the same day I called and had my heater fixed in a week. Much appreciated!
Fantastic experience using this company Joseph came out within hours of calling him and fixed our heating system that has been out for a couple weeks. Let me know everything that was going on with the system and communicated with us about what he was doing very upfront and honest business experience highly recommend him for repairs and services on your hvac systems I’ll for sure be using this company in the future and recommending him to friends and family

Joseph came out and helped my fix my ac system in the middle of a heat wave. I called in the morning by the evening he was at my house. He is fair and honest. I will be using him everytime I need help with my ac system. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Honest, fair, informative and doesn't make u buy stuff u don't need. 5 star service all the way.

I highly recommend Southern Chill Heating and Air Conditioning, owned, and operated by Joseph Saucedo for HVAC system service needs. I found Joe to be professional, but friendly, very knowledgeable and has reasonable fees. In Lake Elsinore the summers reach triple digit temperatures. The old air conditioning unit in my mom’s home had not been used for over 20 years. As my mom’s caregiver for two years, I was not looking forward to surviving another sizzling summer having an inefficient system consisting of wall AC unit in the living room and fans throughout the house. Joe arrived on time when he came to assess the AC system. He explained how the system operates, answered my questions, explained we could start by testing the condenser unit to check that it was operable and offered the cost of a new unit. He did a thorough job cleaning out the condenser unit, the furnace/evaporator unit, changing the filters and testing the system. To my surprise Joe got the system up and running. He explained that because the system was so old, there are chances that it may fail in which case, I will certainly call him again. A few days after his visit Joe gave me a follow-up call to ask how the system was running. I am one cool satisfied customer.
Our AC went down over the weekend. With my husband being Terminally ill I knew I needed to get it fixed immediately! I contacted 3 other companies all who were not available. I then reached out to Southern Chill Heating and AC and Joseph arrived within 30 minutes! He was very professional and went above and beyond his duties. I highly recommend them and would def be using them in the future. Thank you Southern Chill Heating and AC!
So last Sunday I turned on my AC and nothing happened. I called around and it was really hard to find someone who would come out on a Sunday without charging me a crazy amount of money for the evaluation of my system. I spoke to a family member who recommended me to Joseph from Southern Chill. I gave him a call and he showed up within an hour, he took a look at my system and diagnosed my issue pretty quickly. He was super thorough and was really honest about my system. Which is close to 20 years old so it did have some issues. He was able to get me up and running and didn't drain my pockets either. I'm so happy that I was able to find him and am writing this review very extensively due to my gratitude. Joseph is a small business owner who is trying to get off his feet in this industry. Anyone who reads my reviews or followes me knows I'm a reviewer. So I'm definitely giving him 5 stars 🌟 and would highly recommend his Services. Thanks again for showing up so quickly and on Father's day none the less!!!
