Charlie is a great worker he cleaned out my coil and he informed me on how to properly operate my hvac system.

Ok so as any homeowner is concerned, I did the shopping around and 2nd opinions and I have to say that this was a very professional and honest company. Joseph was very passionate about educating me about my unit and let me know what is to come. They also have great competitive and fair install packages if you need a new unit. I was in need of desperate AC repair. My old system needed some maintenance. Joe from Direct AC Lake Elsinore came in and did a fantastic job installing a new and proper circuit board on my furnace along with a brand new thermostat. He was very efficient and punctual. He took the time to troubleshoot my system and did not sell me on anything i didn't need. The instillation on the new thermostat looked great and he walked me through every step of getting it set up and how to operate it. Joe also gave me great tips on how to keep my system running efficiently and how to properly maintain my HVAC. Best company ever! Not only were they able to come out an hour after I called on the same day during the 107 heat wave but their technician Van was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and explained to me what things were and how they operate. I can say as a first time home owner I feel a lot more confident with the understanding of my AC unit. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
