Bellows is the best of the best. Always very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Jake, the technician who came to repair the wiring damaged by rat, and rewrapped the insulation, did an excellent job and is very nice.

Not the best experience with the technician that arrived. He was unprepared and wasn't sure of the company policy regarding warranty for parts. But the people on the phone and in the office have been good about doing what they said they would and honoring manufacturer warranties.

We got our Lennox heating system installed by Bellows. We found their team to be very professional. They arrived on time, gave enough advance notice of arrival, wore booties in the home as requested. The installers Matt and David were good to work with and performed their work diligently and answered all the questions patiently. I will recommend Bellows services if anyone is still debating and I will consider them for future projects as well.

Worst experience working with their estimator Carl for an estimate. He was disrespectful, not ready to find a solution, and very unprofessional. He went to the extent of calling me insane for getting competitive quotes.

Russell and the other 2 guys were super amazing, they install my AC in 8 hrs max but they were so fast and they did a A+ job, Lisa was so responsive and very friendly, what a great team thus guys were, the electrician guy was very knowledgeable and explain every detail where the cable was going to run and were very efficient. I’m so thrill having my AC install by Bellows highly recommended this company and the crew was outstanding .

I had Very Bad experiences with this company. My AC and Smart thermostat were not working, so I called this company & made appointment. The technician came, took a look, spend about 30 minutes, hand me the invoice for $328 without giving me the estimate and charged me. He explained the fuse cost $ 179. what can I say, I just paid & feel ripe off. After 4 days, the system was Not Working again, so I called them made an appointment & specifically NOT wanting this technician. Guess what, he came & spend another One Hour, not knowing what to do. He asked me” What do you want me to do?” I said “ I want this system to work again” And he gave me some options, and I said” I don’t know what to do”, and he said” You Don’t Know?” Of course I don’t know what to do.If I knew, why did I hire them? After he spent one hour & talking to himself, finally he said if I want my system work again, I have to rewire the whole system cost me another $410. Of course, I didn’t use them. Another $410, seriously? Instead, I hired another all 5 star company only cost me $ 185 fixed the whole system for 2 years parts and labor warranty without rewire the whole system. Also, if i want to change that fuse, only cost me $5. Dear customers, if you ever want to hire somebody to fix your AC unit, this company will be The Last company you should consider. (1) Their diagnostic fees is more then the other company (2) The technician will charge you before gives you the estimate (3) The technician’s attitude was rude. (4) They Never return the phone calls. (5) Lastly, the technician gave me the option was NOT necessary only cost me more. I just hope this company will improve their services, may be they will have more businesses one day. After all, customers know what kind of company your are, we are NOT dummies.Remember, Customer Always Right!
