I witnessed a representative of this business blare his horn, roll up on an older gentleman, and verbally assault him in what I assume was road rage. He used homophonic slurs and got out of hit vehicle to yell at this man. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
Best service ever! I had several issues after cleaning. Stephen, Kennedy, Chris and others continued to give me options and fabulous service in diagnosis and repairs of aging furnace. Always responsive, on time and communicated all issues clearly and patiently. Thank you!
Kennedy come today to service our heating system. We were very happy with his work and he arrived on time. He was friendly and respectful and wore booties in the house. We have been using Supreme air for many years and highly recommend them.
I have been dealing with Supreme Air Systems for several years. As a follow-up to my last review, Kennedy did a thorough cleaning and servicing out HVAC system. He was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Stephanie always handles our HVAC business and takes excellent care of us. She is extremely thorough and handles all of our HVAC maintenance and problems quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Have done business with Supreme Air for many years and they are consistently one of the best companies I have every work with. Stephanie runs the maintenance department like it is her own company. She is on top of every situation and never needs to be reminded of anything. I just had my air conditioning units serviced by Kennedy this week and it was a breeze. He was professional, competent and pleasant. He also happened to have worked at my 86-year-old mother's house last week. Having service people in is always a little stressful for her, but she actually described it is a "pleasant day"and him as a "lovely young man" - high praise from my mom.

We have used Supreme Air Systems since 2016. They installed our new HVAC system adding air conditioning to a house that previously only had forced air heating as well as a tankless water heater. They did a great job and stand behind their work. I can confirm they will not charge you for work not needed, and all the technicians that have come to our house have been both friendly and professional always explaining the work they are doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Did annual maintenance of my HVAC system. Cameron did a great job. Very methodical. Cleaned and checked everything. Made sure everything around the the system was clean and tidy when the work was done (OBN)
Supreme air has been doing excellent job of maintaining my a/c and heat furnace tune-up. Since the year 2011 when I move in to this house I never have problem with the unit.
Cameron was extremely helpful and professional, and really worked with us to explain everything that needed to be done.

Matt, our Service Tech. Was on time and very efficient. He tuned up our Air Conditioning system and cleaned our Dryer Vent. He had a problem with his brush getting caught in the dryer vent. He had to go up on our roof to clear the blockage. He did that and completed his inspection and left with us being very satisfied with his service Larry C. San Jose, CA
A Tale of two Systems: Warm Air Our most recent experience with Supreme Air’s 5-Star service and performance began with a February call from Stephanie reminding us we promised to replace our benign neglect heating system strategy with an annual cleaning and maintenance program, assuring us that our garage-based furnace would be cleaned following strict covid protocols, including not entering the house. With masks and social distancing limiting direct interaction, Ashley played a key role both in scheduling the several appointments and in letting us know who would be doing the work – beginning with Stephan. After the cleaning, Stephan shared photos of a progressively corroding heat exchanger revealed during the cleaning that demonstrated to us that the furnace should be replaced before it became dangerous and that it would have gone undetected under our call-when-it-fails strategy. The following day, Karen Peck arrived to spec out our requirements and was able to procure an excellent American Standard furnace that Stephan and Malechi installed two days later in one marathon 8-hour removal and installation session. A few weeks later: Hot Water When your tankless water heater gifts a cold morning shower, calling Supreme Air Systems might not be your first thought - but it was ours. First, because the decal on the gray metal box the size of a suitcase on the wall of our house promises to instantaneously heat water on the way to our shower the way the new furnace instantaneously heats air on the way to our registers. Second, because we trusted Supreme Air to know what to do, even in the unlikely event it was a plumbing problem. Soon, Stephan was back on the scene, opened the mysterious box crammed full of computers, sensors, and everything but water, and diagnosed a failed igniter. Back again ... the value provided has me coming back for more ... Stephanie is great as a customer service oriented employee and Matt who came out to do the work is a hard worker ... These guys provide great value for the work ... next I need to replace my AC so I'll see you again ... Stephan is definitely a keeper!!! You could tell that he was really interested in providing great service ... and he did!!!

Wonderful experience with Supreme Air Systems. They were professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them! I have been working with them now for 2 years and they do a great job. Darrece checked my air conditioning and heater last week and was very thorough taking his time and doing a great job. Update: Matt came today to check my air conditioning and keep it in good running condition and was very thorough. He was very pleasant and even went up in the attic to check the ducts. I'm very happy with Supreme Air!
Arrived on time, several competent, courteous, friendly installers took reasonable time, answered all my questions patiently- I had a lot - and did great clean up after carefully testing everything even called the next day to make sure the new furnace was working correctly. Their bid was easy to understand, provided a set of options and while not the cheapest, was also not the most expensive. We had experienced Supreme Air’s excellent responsiveness at the small office building we have, which led us to go with them for this new furnace.
