David was professional, on time, friendly, helpful, and informative. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a clear explanation of what was needed to fix it. The fees were reasonable and he was kind enough to fix our fridge handle before he left (something I had been putting off for a long time!) The phone staff was very pleasant as well and communicated clearly through text following our initial conversation. We will definitely use Skyrocket again!
On one of the hottest days our AC broke down. I called 30 other companies and Skyrocket is the only one who was able to manage to come and repair our unit. The technician is very nice and honest. Strongly recommended.
David did a fantastic job with the repair, explained what was wrong with the unit, helped get the photos for my insurance company. The job was specifically repairing the copper pipe outside my unit and refill freon. The skyrocket customer service is awesome too, super responsive and accommodative.
From diagnostic to completion was a week - only to wait for the necessary replacement parts. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was super responsive via text once I had my appointment scheduled. David was the technician who helped me. Like others have already commented, he was very easy to work with and fun to chat with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Skyrocket again.
My heat pump broke down. I followed good practice and contacted several companies: two larger hvac repair firms with a lot of advertising in bay area, and some small ones, including Skyrocket. Dave from Skyrocket was able to quickly come to my house and discussed the options with my family in a clear and logical way. He provided several estimates for me, without any of the high mark-ups that I have seen before. Dave is very competent. He is well-versed in the spare parts market and is aware of the advantages and disadvantages of various models of heat pumps. Great guy, excellent service and best prices. I'm really satisfied with the service as it was worth the money paid.
We hired Skyrocket for our furnace repair and it worked for a year or so, but the unit was around 20 years old and it was definitely time to replace it. We called Skyrocket and got an estimate right away. Mary was in touch with all updates about the delivery, scheduling installation and city inspection. Everything was smooth and on time. It’s a five-star service.
Skyrocket was the only one company which could replace a compressor on my LG refrigerator the same day right after the diagnosis. The technician was nice and neat, and cleaned everything out after the job was done. No food was spoiled in the freezer and I highly recommend Skyrocket if you have a problem with an LG refrigerator.
Six months ago, Skyrocket installed us HVAC. They worked well and smoothly, quickly installed everything, cleaned up all the garbage, set up the system. We were very pleased with their work. But recently we noticed that our air conditioner works intermittently. We were afraid that our new air conditioner broke down in just half a year of work and called Skyrocket. George arrived and began to check the unit. It turned out that the matter was not in the air conditioner, but in our wiring. George warned us about other risks associated with faulty wiring. In the part relating to the air conditioner, he fixed everything, but he said about the rest of the wiring that he had no right to do it and said to call the electricians. As a result, we paid for diagnostics more than for repairs, and it took more time to diagnose. AC started working as it should. We are so grateful to Skyrocket and George!
I called Skyrocket for the second time and it was the same great service as it was 2 years ago. Mary was friendly and could schedule an inspection of the furnace for the same day. I just gave my rental property address and tenants information and David called me with all the details, answered all my questions and gave me a fair price. Next day they got a part and replaced the gas valve on the furnace. My tenants are happy, I’ve paid the invoice online and will recommend Skyrocket to all my friends.

What do we expect from the repair of appliance? quality, speed, fair price. for me the main thing is that everything should not break again the next day! Skyrocket justifies my expectations: the repair is fast, the price is fair, after the repair two weeks have passed - the furnace is working, the family is happy!
Skyrocket Repair highly values its reputation. Everything they do, they try to do perfectly well! This is felt in everything: how they talk to you on the phone, how they try to find a convenient repair time, warn about the cost of repairs and possible additional costs (cost of spare parts, waiting time for spare parts). They have neat and polite masters. Repairmen do not smoke and do not arrange breaks in work on "smoke". They clean up after themselves all the garbage, which happens during repair. I know about everything not by hearsay! I had to use the services of Skyrocket three times! Yes, yes, three times I was let down by appliances in my small restaurant. We have not only professional ovens, as everyone thinks. We have even a couple of our own washers and dryers so that the tablecloths on your tables were always clean! All this must be monitored and all this has to be repaired. And here Skyrocket helped me a lot! After the second call, we have already concluded a service contract with them, now they come to me as a matter of priority. And every time I am very pleased with their work!
In December, we needed to install hvac in our new home.This is a big and responsible work, so we carefully prepared and selected a contractor. Consultation was needed both on the choice of the system itself and on the installation options. First, we consulted with the seller on the choice of the system, then began to look for an installer. The seller advised us to contact Skyrocket, and some of our friends advised us to call Skyrocket. But unfortunately we spent another week on consultations and estimates from other companies. And in the end, chose Skyrocket. They offered 3 installation options, the cost also differed. As a result, we chose the best option in terms of price-quality. In total, the installation took two days - because the guys were able to start in the afternoon. They worked together, clearly and harmoniously. They had all the tools with them. I did not notice that they had any difficulties installing the system. Everything was clear and according to plan. By the time of the work, I was also warned that for such a house they could not to cope in half a day. After installation, we made a test launch and system setup. Everything worked as it should and works to this day without complaints. I did not write a review immediately after the end of the work, despite the fact that I really wanted to share positive emotions. But I decided first to make sure that the work was done qualitatively. Now I'm sure and I can fully recommend Skyrocket!
It was a brilliant idea to contact Skyrocket when our furnace stopped heating the house. At night it was 41 F and we did not expect such a temperature difference. It got really cold. We turned on the furnace to the maximum, but the warm air was barely moving. On Saturday, I called Skyrocket. The tech appointed a visit on Monday, because on Sunday they no longer work. The master had to come in the 2-hour interval, and he managed. With him he had a lot of equipment for testing. He quickly determined what the problem was and proceeded to repair. After the diagnosis, it became approximately clear how much the repair would cost. And they took so much money from me, as they said by the results of diagnostics. Our house is now warm, this is important. I am satisfied with the repair and recommend the guys from Skyrocket!
I can't imagine a better service! I needed two pressure valves replaced. Dave did a great job and explained absolutely everything he did. Thorough, communication about everything happening, detailed explanation of prices and results of the work and so respectful! I will only come to Skyrocket repair for services from now on!
I had some problems with heating, so Skyrocket supposed it was due to thermostat. They offered to replace electronic control pannel to make my hvac more efficient. So they fixed everything. My home heating and cooling system is ready for another 20+ years. I have only compliments for Skyrocket for their professionalism, dedication to the job, and respectfulness.
Skyrocket was able to come out quickly (literally the same day) and resurrect my dead A/C. It was a extremely hot day (90s) and having young kids and pets in the house, getting the A/C back on was a huge priority for us. David was able to come out and quickly triage and diagnose the underlying issue. Would highly recommend their service!
We used to call to Russ and the Company several times and they did great job every time. We've experienced neat, accurate and honest job from start to finish. Fist, our LG refrigerator's compressor worn out and we replaced it. Russ came out and diagnosed it pretty quick. Next, he got all the following jobs by his own: claimed the issue with manufacturer, received the new part and followed up every further step. Refrigerator now works great. When summer came, our 30 years old air conditioner stopped pushing the refrigerant. So we decided to install the new system. And again, we called Skyrocket and they sent us the estimate and did a great job again. Also they gave us a good discount. Very happy with them and highly recommend them for anyone who wants job done professionally and insured.
My blower fan suddenly quit stopping (only way to stop is at breaker/OFF) due to bad relay, so I called around town. Not only did Skyrocket pick up right away (Mary was so pleasant on TEL) in the morning, they were able to fit me in right away that same late-afternoon. The initial service-call fee was almost half of other places in town, and I love how that fee goes towards the repair (unlike other places charging separately). David (he's also very pleasant/professional) came over for the repair during the scheduled 2hr window, and completed the work on-time & thoroughly. He also had all the necessary parts in his truck (a new circuit board for the main repair, and also a new thermostat that I wanted to replace my ancient one with while at it). No inflated sales pitches - only what I needed (very honest business). I'll call them again with my HVAC repair needs in the future. Highly recommended!
One of the homes we listed has a broken downdraft. After searching Yelp, we decided to give Skyrocket a try since they have great reviews and the availability is sooner than others. The community from the office personal to the technician was great. We were lucky enough to get the technician named Nayel. What an awesome person to work with. He found out the problem and ordered the part for us. He was very throughout, sharp, friendly and funny. He took time to explain everything to us. When the part arrived a few days later, he came back and spent hours to make sure everything was working fine. He not only replaced the broken part but also readjusted the downdraft to make sure it moves up and down smoothly so prevent any future issues. He was very respectful of the home and cleaned everything up before he left. We are very glad we found Skyrocket online and had a chance to work with Nayel. He and this company will be the one we call from now on to fix all of our appliance issues. Thanks for the wonderful customer service, Skyrocket and Nayel.
I had just an amazing experience with Skyrocket! We recently moved in and immediately got an issue with the old heater. George came and we were surprised how gentle, polite and professional technician can be! He replaced gas valve and we saw how difficult this job is, gas valve stuck and it was almost impossible to get rid of old sealant on pipes. but he finally did it. Thank you George and Skyrocket!
