Excellent work for both plumbing and HV/AC - professional and committed to doing the job right. They have been available and responsive on short notice even on holidays when needed to fix an emergency and their rates are reasonable for the high quality of their work.

Proudfoot not only installed a new ventless furnace but, also a ventless hot water tank at my rental property. They discussed the possible products based upon the situation and together we selected the right product. I’m extremely satisfied with my choice.

In the midst of a kitchen reno for a tenant, the plumber went missing, so I had to replace him quickly. I called Chad at Proudfoot and he and partner were able to come that same day. They proposed to come out and give me a bid, and come back to do the work another time. I told Chad that I didn't have time for that, and asked him to come prepared to do the job.

In all fairness, he did provide the price prior to doing the work, but they knew that I was not in a position to find another plumber. The prices were outrageous. $562.00 for garbage disposal + installation; $362.00 to install a kitchen faucet; $139.00 to prep for dishwasher installation. They would not install it - as every other plumber would. So $1060.00 for ???

I texted my 2 regular plumbers who both happened to be out of town at the same time. They both could not believe the price. Three times what they would have charged, and they would have installed the dishwasher.
But the guys were nice... if that counts.

One of the coldest days this year our furnace wouldn't blow hot air, we were freezing. They called ahead to tell us they were on the way. Came promptly, very professional ,friendly, and instructive.Found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Reasonable charge. They offer a package to clean and service your furnace and air conditioner for $200.00 a year. We will definitely sign up for this dervice.

Proudfoot is our first-choice plumbing service and HVAC provider. We have multiple rentals in Allegheny County and when things go bad, Proudfoot comes through. I really can't say enough good things about them.
