They fail at communication. Mike staffs his office with family who are nice but don't really know anything, so if you call and he isn't there, you wait. And wait. We never had a problem until now. We used Mike for our siding in 2003 and he had done home repairs over the years. He did an estimate for a roof, we accepted, gave him a downpayment and did not hear any update for two months. When I called and asked for some urgency, he sent a crew to deliver materials. They said they would start working in the rain. I told them I felt uncomfortable with that and without any discussion they left and cancelled the contract that I had waited for months to be completed. I am blown away. I couldn't get in touch with anyone. When I finally reached Mike, he decided it was easier to refund my money than deal with an unhappy customer. Imagine. Now I am a very unhappy former customer. I hope I find someone more professional to do my home repairs.

Very disappointed in a local company I tried to support. Storm door was installed with tiny nails & not screws. They were paid alot of $$ on this project & instead of fixing the problem...I was told the warranty was over. Im talking about a 45 minute fix!! Lesson learned...door repaired by my son!!

Great company that does a great job! Their motto "One call does it all" speaks volumes of what they offer! Inside and out, they do it all! High quality work performed by true professionals in the industry! I highly recommend to call no matter the job, big or small...call them!
