I had the pleasure of hiring plumber Rick recently, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with a window between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Rick proved to be punctual by arriving promptly at 11:30 a.m. His professionalism was evident from the start, as he was courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced.

In no time, Rick accurately diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it within an hour. The best part was that he quoted me a very reasonable price for the service rendered. His expertise and efficiency were truly impressive, as he quickly processed the transaction while ensuring a seamless experience.

Despite his busy schedule, Rick never made me feel rushed and even made sure I was satisfied before he headed to his next appointment. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend plumber Rick for his outstanding workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

We got a new refrigerator and the waterline valve which was older was stripped and broken. We needed a plumber right away. The next day Stahl was the hero!! Rick was professional and very skillful in his work. Not only was he considered with his cutting on wall for fix he did not leave a mess. Rick also provided guidance for us if we get a different refrigerator in the future. This is what you want and expect when you are spending money on a service. We have used Stahl in the past at our main house and we will call again if we have any issues. A

Stahl Plumbing is the best! This was the first time using them at my house, but have had repairs done by them at my mother’s house several times. I’ve always gotten a quick response and appointment time, and the office people and workers are all friendly and do their jobs well. I called at 2:30 one day and they were at my house at 9:00am. Rico was prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable. He and Chico did a great job unclogging my sinks. I highly recommend Stahl for all your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Stahl’s plumbing team, including a next-day appointment for a lot of work, and would highly recommend their service. Jared, Doug, and Ken worked at my investment property, and completed a number of things including the relocation & installation of a new 50 Gallon hot water tank, replacing some damaged pipes, and investigating the whole home’s plumbing system to make recommendations. The plumbers gave me great updates throughout the service, and I look forward to working with them on future plumbing work at all of my properties.

Stahl Plumbing recently came out to repair a house trap on my sewer line. Jared and Quest were professional, efficient and timely. The job took 3 days but probably would have been done quicker if we weren't stuck waiting on Allegheny County for inspection. The job site was left clean and repaired concrete looks great. Overall very satisfied with the job!

I had a partially flooded basement due to a backed up sewer drain. Two plumbers came to my home that were knowledgeable and professional at their craft. They made this stressful situation so much easier. I couldn’t be happier with the services that I received. I would highly recommend to anyone with similar issues, and I also wouldn’t call anyone else for any similar/future issues! Their pricing was also very fair and lower than any other rates I received. I have used Stahl Plumbing for many years in both my professional roles and in my personal home. They are always professional. Recently Rico and Chico along with Steve helped me work through a sewer line inspection and troubleshooting of what needed to be done. We had several plumbing needs, inside and outside...replace the outdoor garage faucet and shutoff valve in the detached garage, clear indoor clogged drain, replace three-hole widespread bathroom sink faucet, replace toilet flush system, and replace single-hole sink faucet in another bathroom.

Jamie called ahead of time to let us know he was coming and arrived promptly. He reviewed all three locations with me before starting. He explained the work he was doing for each issue to be resolved and proceeded efficiently and professionally.

Stahl is our "go-to" company for any plumbing needs. We have hired them before for other similar issues and are confident in their work.

I recently had to use Stahl plumbing for the condo that my sister lives in the Bridgeville area. The various work was performed over 3 trips in a one week period. Two Stahl employees stood out as going above and beyond to make these repairs much easier to have done. Natalie is the customer liasion for Stahl was fantastic. I interacted with her on the phone numerous times & she was very profesional & courteous and kept me updated and made sure any question that I had was answered in a timely manner, she is a great customer ambassador for Stahl!! Pete the plumber that did various work was very conscientious, a good plumber and a really nice guy on top of that. I would definitely use Stahl again, mainly because of the efforts of Natalie & Pete..

Had a clogged toilet issue at our home on a Saturday afternoon and within a short time David showed up to tend to the matter.

Instead of snaking out the plumbing problem and charging us more he simply flushed the clogged pipe with hot water several times and resolved the issue and saved us money in the process.

Always good to know there’s people like David Stahl looking out for his customers and his own bottom line. Will use him again in the future if we have any plumbing issues we can’t resolve ourselves.
