Needed a new shutoff valve installed for the stove gas line. The service techs arrived as scheduled, made an assessment, and allowed me to choose which plan I wanted. I selected a mid range "Silver " plan. They went out and got all the parts needed and completed the work quickly. They made sure that all of my gas appliances were functioning before they departed. They were very accommodating and professional.

Tech came out to complete a one year inspection of furnace work completed last spring. He was very nice, on time, completed the work quickly and the area was neat and clean when he left. Thank you.

Mark, our assigned tech, was punctual, professional, got the work done very quickly, and was patient enough to explain everything he did step by step as well as clearly show the repairs that were made to the system. I had a furnace installed by Comfy Kozy yesterday. My old furnace worked off and on. They did a great job with the installation, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and for something that will last for more than 20 years, the price was reasonable to me.

This is the second furnace they’ve installed for me. The first was in a previous home which I sold in 2016. Always glad to do business with them, and I will continue to do business with them in the future if needed.

After several attempts to get a furnace repair company to actually return a call or actually show up as promised, I finally got tired of their run around and tried Comfy Kozy. They were honest in telling me that they would not make it out that particular day but would be available the following day. The tech that showed up was JP and he kept me informed of what was going on from the time he would arrive to what he did and when he was finished. My tenants went without a working furnace for 5 days because of 2 irresponsible companies that kept promising me they were going to show up and did not. (Thank goodness for portable heaters). If you want a dependable company that will be honest and professional call Comfy Kozy, you won’t be sorry!!

Mark from Comfy Kozy serviced our air conditioning condenser unit that was no longer cooling the house. From the moment he arrived he was friendly, courteous, listened to everything I had to say about the cooling issue and then immediately got to work. He explained everything he was doing and made sure to check all aspects of our cooling system thoroughly. He even showed me how to clean out the electrostatic filter on the furnace. Based on Mark's service, I would definitely use Comfy Kozy again.
