Comfy Kozy Tm Heating Cooling

Comfy Kozy is a preferred service provider through my home warranty company. They had previously repaired my central A/C unit (a 1990's model). Today, they provided pre-winter furnace maintenance (everything checked out just fine) and repaired a leaking solenoid to the humidistat that is attached to the furnace. The technician, Mark, performed both services. He has excellent customer skills, is very efficient, and explained in detail what the issues were for both systems.

Fortunately for us they were able to respond on the same day we called. Our first time using them. They arrived on time and were able to fix the problem in good time considering some unforeseen issues. Since this was a sewage back up problem in our finished basement, we were in great need of a prompt resolution and they were "Johnny on the spot " for us. Got all the stars in our book!

Although I have American Home Shield the warranty would only cover a short term fix. That was not acceptable. The owner worked with me on the pricing for a whole new out of pocket $ unit. The tech, JP, installed the system and couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable or helpful. He worked all day until we had cool air.

I hadn't heard of Comfy Kozy before, but my Home Warranty company assigned them to do a repair after four other companies were unable to work on a high-velocity A/C unit. Making the appointment was easy and I was assured that the company had been in business over 80 years, which surely speaks to their quality. The tech who came, AJ, was very engaging and helpful, offering explanations and information to my many questions. He was also versed in what the Home Warranty company would and would not cover, and could tell me what items I would be responsible to pay for. I have engaged them to return to clean & maintain my mini-splits, which have probably not been serviced in 10 years. The cost for this seems high, but since it has been a very long time, I figure it needs to be done.

Mark was very professional! He checked my heating system and changed my filters. Also provided additional information to use for the future

Had my furnace completely control board completely stop working and it was starting to get cold... Called and managed to schedule and appointment with these guys. Extremely friendly, decent prices, and managed to get my 30 year old furnace working in tip-top shape. Definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you need some help with furnace issues!

AC issues. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and thorough with the job and explanations.

Replaced our air conditioner unit, was very happy with the service and our installer. Would recommend this company for any of your service needs.

Aj was at my house and had my water heater fixed in a very short time. I called late on a Saturday night and he had me up at running the next day. Great service and very fast response time. Thanks again

My home warranty Company send them to come and check my Central air unit they gave me a time lapse of 2 hours and 3 hours later no one had showed up I had to go pick my daughter up from school try contacting the office several times no one will answer the phone until the receptionist I believe her name was Mary called back very rude asking why I keep on calling many times I explained to her they gave me a 2 hour lapse for the technical to come and it had been more the 3 hours he wasn’t here to her response she said he’s probably busy in another house so just wait honestly she was the rudest person ever the technician told my home warranty my ac was burn had someone else come and they said it was a part was broken they replaced it in no time they are the worst I don’t recommend them at all ..
