I have nothing but good things to say about Proudfoot. They replaced our old cast iron boiler with a combi-unit that acts as both boiler and on-demand water heater, and it works great. It's more efficient, saves money on gas, and provides unlimited hot water. They also fixed some long standing issues with our plumbing. The owner Hugh Williams was straightforward, knowledgeable and honest, and clearly took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended! I will certainly be calling up Proudfoot for any plumbing or heating issues I encounter in the future.

Proudfoot has done my furnace and AC maintenance for a couple years, always courteous and on time. I had a problem with my hot water heater that we'd put off fixing because it was going to be a big job. I asked Proudfoot for a quote and they found a cheaper and better way to do it that meant not cutting through my ceiling, got it done ONE DAY from when I called them out. Great work, cleaned up everything to the way it was before the project, and Hugh the owner came out to inspect it himself before they left. Definitely would use Proudfoot again!

I received prompt service in troubleshooting an issue with an on-demand water heater. The end result was that the unit needed to be replaced. Hugh and team were quick and responsive and the unit was replaced within a few days. Even though the job took two days they worked with me and my tenants to ensure that the house had hot water during the times they weren't working on it. The end result is a properly installed on-demand water heater, and I am pleased with the work, timing, and price.
