My husband contacted the EMCO for air duct cleaning services, and we recommend them to everyone. Their technicians are polite and professional and deliver the best solutions to all your needs.

Very unprofessional! The tech shut off my broiler without any warning or consent. After the tech left is when we realized our broiler was shut off. We then found wires exposed and parts of the broiler removed. Once this was discovered I called and requested they return to restore heat in my home. They did not return to my property to turn the broiler back on after requesting they due so due to the low temperatures for the weekend. I do not recommend this company! Do not allow them in your home!!!!!

Again your response to my review is deceptive and further confirms my statements below. This information was not communicated nor did my system fail. YOUR technician shut my system down without any explanation or prior communication. I will deter any consumer from using this company if you have a steam heat in your home.

The air conditioning man was very nice and professional. He did a good job installing my unit.

I had a great experience with Emco. My AC was broken and they came and fixed it within a few hours. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.!!!!

Rick came to check out our squeaky HVAC unit and we found out we needed to replace the fan. He explained everything to us in layman’s terms because I honestly have no idea. Great personality and a great help. If you’re looking for any HVAC help I would recommend Rick and his EMCO Tech.

Emco’s technicians were polite, patient and informative. Furthermore, they did an outstanding job.

Problem diagnosed quickly. Only problem was they don't carry parts for the units they service. Heater will be down for most of the week. BURRR!

Customer service asked questions so she could inform the repairman about our issue.. The service technician came to our home within an hour and was able to clean a part to fix our heater. So grateful for knowledgeable and respectful companies and employees!
