EMCO was great! We got home from vacation and discovered the water heater had been leaking into our basement the whole time we were gone. We found EMCO through our home warranty company. They were prompt to respond, helped me deal with the warranty end of things in order to speed up the process and had the new water heater installed before the week was done! Rick was very professional and made sure the work area was nice and clean before he left.

I just settled on my home 9/30/22. Right after settlement while moving in, we noticed the smell of gas. PECO came out and shut off my gas indicating there were gas leaks. My realtor recommended we use out home warranty company she purchased for us. The home warranty company utilized this company to come and inspect my plumbing for a gas leak. They came out and looked that the pipes that PECO asked me to point out, collected $200 from me, left making no repairs or even doing a pressure test. They then denied my claim as a pre existing condition?? This is a very untrusty worthy company. The manager refused to speak with me when I tried to follow up with the progress on my claim. DO NOT USE THEM!
