Have used in the past so when my central air didn't work when I turned on when I got back from vacation called. That was a week ago have called 2 more times left message NO return call average temp has been over 90. Obviously am calling someone else and obviously doesn't need the work and obviously owner doesn't care about people or business

Cold 1 Services was a no-show for a scheduled appointment. Attempted to work out a solution, but the company employee on the phone was not helpful and explained to me, “this is how the company runs.”
