Modern Comfort

I hired Modern Comfort to change some pipes in my master bathroom - I had a full remodel started, subfloor was up. They came quickly, changed the pipes, ran new line for shower (or so I thought) & were pleasant. However when came time to add the drain, was told the wrong size piping was used for the shower (1.5 inch not 2 inch need for shower) At this time I had already put the new subfloor in, applied the self leveler. I have tried numerous times to reach out, email as well as text & calls. No response, when I did actually get someone on the phone he stated sure - we can correct that - never was able to reach them again. I have a new plumbing company out today - paying them for the work I already paid Modern Comfort to do! Worst experience ever - would like a refund asap (1400.00 paid for nothing)! Modern Comfort was excellent. They were very responsive and professional. I was uncertain what wrong with my unit but after a few questions they knew exactly what they needed to do before they even set foot in my property. Once they got here they reconfirmed the issue and worked quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Recently moved into my new house was having some issues with the HVAC SYSTEM blowing out cold air when the heat was obviously on. So I decided try these guys at Modern Comfort. Came out quick located the issue and resolved my problem within an hour I had my heat pumping out hot air. Very professional and well mannered. Will definitely be using them in the future. My thermostat stopped working all of a sudden and I had no idea what to do. I called modern comfort and they came out the same day and fixed it. Very professional and super nice. 10/10

They came right out and fixed my heater in minutes. The technician was clean and respectful. I will definitely be using them again
