Absolute professionals!!! Needed both water heaters replaced in my duplex. The installers had both tanks swapped and cleaned up in a matter of a few hours. Both guys were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

I manage a rental property and unfortunately the 14 year old boiler has gone bad in one of my properties and wasn’t supplying heat to the radiators. I called Arctic Fox on a Sunday and spoke to Luis. By Monday a tech came out and provided a diagnosis. The boiler had to be replaced. Luis gave me a quote the same day. The next day he already scheduled Jason and Johnny to come out and install the boiler. Both did an amazing job and made sure my tenant knows how to operate the thermostat.
Very reliable, very responsive, highly recommended.

Jason and Jay where the epitome of professionalism. They came to replace my entire air conditioning system. The first thing I am thankful for is they came in with tarp for my newly completed hardwood floors. I just had them done. They were knowledgeable, precise, courteous and respectful. They made sure everything was working right before leaving. They showed me pictures of the work done in my attic as well as the outside unit. I am completely satisfied with Artic Fox. They also cleaned the smudges they made on my freshly painted walls. I will be using them again in the fall for heating inspection. Thank you, Artic Fox.

My heater started making odd noises over the holidays. Days later, a member of Arctic Fox was at my house and inspecting the unit. Ultimately, the recommendation was to not service the unit but to replace it given its age and condition. Before making the decision to move forward with a large purchase, I got a second opinion. The other company talked a big game, but wound up breaking the heater (as Arctic Fox said could happen if they attempted to service it) and couldn't fix it leaving us without heat.
Last Thursday night, I reached back out to Arctic Fox to urgently set up the replacement. They were then at my house early Monday morning on a holiday. The guys did a great, professional job. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I could not recommend this company more given how well they communicated, the work they did, and the overall cost of the installation. They are my first and only call from now on.
EDIT: I wound up having repeated problems with the unit that was installed - none oh which were the fault of the Arctic Fox. In fact, every time I reached out they were there immediately, sometimes within the hour! Eventually I asked to just have the furnace replaced, they agreed, and worked on my behalf with the manufacturer to get a new one and then installed it. Haven't had an issue since. These guys are a great company and their customer service is second to none.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Initially, when I considered hiring this company, I was assured by Luis (the owner) that all documents were up-to-date and on file with L&I. Having been told that, I decided to hire them. I was instructed that some funds would be needed on day one in order to purchase required supplies. It wasn’t until after I paid that I learned the documents were not in order i.e., the insurance had lapsed which in turn is causing me delays and a lot of money.
At first, I was told the insurance company did not submit the audit information to the city, so it seemed the company did not have insurance which means they are not authorized to work. The next day I was told there was a request put in place for emergency temporary business insurance which needed to be activated and submitted to the audit agency.
A week later I contacted Luis he said the insurance company was trying to expedite activating the new policy and once that was done, he would be able to update the information with the city within an hour. I asked Luis what compensation amount would be fair since these delays are costing me a great deal of money. He told me that he would have to get back with me on that.
A few days later, I received a call from Emmanuel, whom I never spoken to, much less heard of, telling me that he was a partner in the business that handled the administrative and financial duties. He told me that the insurance was active, and they just needed to submit other documents i.e., worker’s comp, tax returns etc. to the audit agency which takes time. He then began asking questions and wanting explanations that I had already spoken to Luis about. I did not feel comfortable speaking with someone I had never heard of much less explaining details of business. When he didn’t receive the explanation, he was looking for he began explaining how the process for the audit worked. I told him that I did not need him to explain that to me, I just want to know what compensation they were offering. He told me there is nothing he could do; I would have to wait just like they are and I was getting nothing from him
Fast forward a few more days, I contacted Luis for an update and said he should be receiving the new policy number. After not hearing from Luis the rest of the week, I contacted him again asking for an update and he told me that he did not have reception because he was in the DR. Can you believe he went on vacation, while I’m here losing money!!
The next time I sent Luis a text asking for an update and was told he was currently on the telephone with the insurance company trying to find out the status. I did not get a response that day or the next. The next few times I contacted him it was the same story. Still waiting on the policy number.
All of the communication between Luis and I have been through text and I thought it was time to have an actual conversation so I sent a text to Luis asking him to have a phone conversation and that it was important that we spoke. His response to my text was that I text or send an email going forward to communicate
This situation has been going on since March and it is now June and the required documentation has yet to be submitted. My next step will be contacting L&I to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Bottom line, the company has offered no type of compensation, cut off verbal communication and left me in a bind. This company will cause you to waste time and spend more money than necessary.

My home central air system stop cooling on one of the hottest days this season (May 2022). I contacted Artic Fox Heating and Cooling Saturday morning, Luis came out on Sunday although they are technically closed. Luis was professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. I did not expect he’d be able to address the problem on the first visit but I’m OH SO grateful. Their prices are reasonable too which is a plus during these times. I highly recommend this company!!!

Luis, Johnny, and Jason were quite honestly some of the BEST folks we have ever worked with. They were incredibly fast and friendly; they were quiet (which was great since we work from home and needed to do so while they were here); they were very tidy - cleaning up thoroughly after they were done, they explained everything completely and in a way that we could understand; they EVEN handled a quick repair that wasn't a part of the HVAC install.
They were absolutely amazing and we will be recommending them to everyone we know!!

I found this company on Thumbtack. Never heard of Thumbtack before yesterday. Holy cow... I went from companies telling me two weeks to look at my central air, to we are not taking new customers, to Arctic Fox telling me they would be at my house the next morning.
The two men who showed up were incredibly professional and more importantly, knowledgeable, and honest. Johnny struck me as an incredibly honest person who immediately fixed my intermittent fan issue, showed me how to keep it from happening again, then showed my how to do regular maintenance on my system to get the most efficiency from my system. The service fee was very reasonable, and it is SO refreshing to have such a great experience when you are frustrated with your home.
I will never use another HVAC company.
