Arctic Fox Heating and Cooling

I found Arctic Fox via Thumbtack and was happy to experience that they really know their stuff. We didn't have any emergency needs, just a service of our HVAC. They gave us options, and never relied on our lack of expertise to take advantage of us, which some might do! I really appreciated their honesty when presenting options for stuff we can do now, or later as part of our yearly HVAC service.

My system stopped working yesterday on me. I googled a/c repair in Philly and Arctic Fox came up. I spoke to Luis who came out at 8pm yesterday to help my fix my issue. Thankfully he had the part in his truck available and changed it real quick. In and out in under 30 minutes now we can enjoy that sweet cold air.

Louis is by far the best HVAC tech in Philly. Over the past 6 years I have been through 5 of them, but I will only work with Louis from now on. And I have rec'd him to my friends as well. He is reliable, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is honest and straightforward. And on top of all of that, his rates are fair and reasonable.

One of the things I like about this company is their PROMPT response. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. We had questions and they had the answers and also made you understand every detail of service that needed to be done. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Our air is cool on this hot summer day!

If you live in NJ steer clear of these guys. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so they can get the job. They are not licensed to work in NJ and cannot pull permits even though they will tell you they are. I needed to pay a fine with my township because they could not pull permits and they gave me a payment for the first fine I had to pay but made me sign a contract for the money that said I'm on my own for the rest. It took me months to finally get this handled with my township. So please save your time and money look else where.

Used this team to separate / installgas and water heater for my two floors. Team was responsive, timely, and and did quality work. Will be my first call for future HVAC, heating/cooling workk in Philadelphia area.

Bought a new home and the central air was not cooling as it should. Contacted Artic Fox and they were able to come out the next day, clean the system and recharge with Freon. Very knowledgeable of the older system in my house. Would definitely recommend!

I had an issue with my AC last season. This year I got my tuneup Luis told me that my system was low on charge that’s why is is was freezing. He changed the filter added the r410a. I am super happy with the price and service. Give these guys a call.
