    We've been using Cold 1 Services for several years now. They are very responsive even on their busy super-hot or super-cold days. Our units are not easily accessible but the techs always manage to squeeze into crawl spaces or climb onto rooftops to get to where they need to be. Their prices are reasonable and when parts are not readily available, they'll go the extra mile (literally) to drive to supply houses to get what is needed. As owners of a duplex, we rely on Cold 1 to help us keep our tenants happy. We would highly recommend.

    I use Cold1 services at home and at work! Very responsive when I call for service and the pricing is great compared to other contractors. The owner Teddy is a great guy who is very easy to work with and is always pleasant and professional! 7 years of my business so far and I plan to use them for many more. Thanks for all you do!

    Cold 1 responded to a warranty call for my air conditioner. The owner was very polite and informative. He explained the problems in layman's terms so that I fully understood the service he was performing. He also educated my on how my warranty works and what I can expect in the future.

    Would give zero starts if I could. Been waiting 8 months for them to replace an AC Unit. I have now called the owner 10 times without a return call. It has been over 2 months since they have made any communication

    Lately the man doesn’t return calls.
    He came out 1 yr ago fixed issues with smile and was a kind and wonderful man.
    This past season they sent His employee to come out said issue was fixed, problem recurred. I Called again owner came out said, I’ll make it work for 2 weeks I’ll check with home warranty. See if they will allow me bring help to fix it. Another words get paid to redo something that wasn’t fixed in first place. Well been a week he told me he call me back by last Friday one way or other.
    Nope nothing!!!
    I called today Monday 2 times no return call.
    Last time he came out he said, I don’t service your area the home warranty shouldn’t give my number to you. Yet he’s one of the only companies that fix this type of wall unit and wants to take insurance or home warranty claims. But doesn’t want to help apparently everyone.
    Very disappointed this is not the same guy from a year ago. Who went out of his way to help me.
    Ask me a year ago I would have recommend highly
    TODAY - not so much.

    Only two words can describe the service here. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I called through my home warranty to submit a claim about my Air Conditioner not working.

    They gave me an appointment window between 8-10 a few days later. On that morning by 11am, nobody had called so I gave them a call. They said that a technician was stuck at another job for the whole day. How is that possible when I have the earliest possible appointment?! So they gave me another appointment for the next morning saying that the technician would come straight to my house in the morning. So here we go again, at 9:30 I called them because surprise, surprise they were not here.

    This time she told me she was gonna figure it out and call me back in one minute. 15 minutes later, still no call, so I called back and she told me that they were still working on the other job and that they could not come back today. Even though they had promised to come first thing in the morning. She admitted that she knew they weren't coming earlier in the morning, and she did not call me. This is NOT how you run a business. DO NOT use this company. They will not keep your appointments. You will probably change your schedule, have to reschedule work, and probably give up your first born to try to get them to actually come to your house. Absolutely horrible! And here I am on hold trying to get through to my home warranty coverage. You will save lots of time and aggravation if you steer clear from this "company", if you could even call it that.

    My central air conditioning wasnt working when I came home from work so I called Cold 1...they were fantastic! The technician, Robert, came within a couple hours and checked it out. The system needed a new part and he was able to replace it right then and there. Thankfully it wasn't on a super hot day. They were very responsive and Robert was so nice and understanding.
