    Absolutely horrible. Warranty company keeps dispatching Cold 1 out to look at our central air conditioner for 2 weeks now. When they are supposed to show up at for a 4 PM apt they call at 4 and say they can't make it. They were supposed to show up again this morning and surprise surprise ummmm we aren't coming again). Crystal is useless and has no clue what she is doing. Told our warranty company we cancelled the appointment. If that is what makes you sleep at night Crystal good for you.

    Would never recommend this company or the 2-10 warranty company.

    RUN, RUN, RUN the other way. Sent to me via my home warranty company. Came out immediately & diagnosed the problem! Paid my deductible then all down hill from there it’s now been 5 full days & no response from anyone. Told the representative I had a toddler this did not matter. My heat is still out. In addition they never sent info to my warranty company. If I could give them 0 stars I would... Don’t do it!

    I called them b/c I own a Martial Arts gym & we had NO cold air....it is getting SUPER hot & humid out, so I needed it fixed ASAP. Luckily, they were able to come out within less than 24 hours. My clients are happy they are able to breathe properly!! Thanks so much for the fast service! Price is good too. Thanks again!

    My home warranty company put me with these people over a month ago. They said they would order my part and call me back in 3 weeks. After a month with no call I called them and they basically said they forgot about me but they have the part. I made an appointment for Wednesday from 8 to 10. Nobody showed up. I called and nobody answered. I called 3 more times and until I finally spoke to somebody who said they had no idea why nobody came but they would call me back. Nobody called me back. 2 days later I called and again, spoke to Rob, same story, same result, nobody called me back. I finally got through to them again 2 days later and the guy started to berate me saying that I was trying to fix my heater in 90 degree weather. Well first of all its 50 outside right now as I'm talking to you. Second of all I made an appointment, took time out of work, and you left me here waiting with no update whatsoever. This was when he said he was going to cancel my order and send me back to the warranty company and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional company, with no regard for people or their time. I don't understand how they stay in business.

    30+ Hours.... still no heat. Technician arrived quickly, expressed concern that my heater was old. Told me he would have to locate a part and would call me back in an hour. That was 18 hours ago. Temperatures in the 20s/30s and not even a call back and no one answers any of the numbers when I call. I guess in my case Cold 1 is true to its name because I am a cold one, with no heat in sight.

    Teddy is extremely knowledgeable and fair to work with and makes sure that the job is done right the first time! He also identified deficiencies and mistakes in previous work that was done on the unit that later caused the issues and was able to correct them or replace the parts so the issue wouldn't happen again! Highly recommend !

    I gave them one star. I called in on a Monday they said they would not be available until Friday. He gave me an appointment at 8am and did not get to my home until 10:30 am. When he got here he started explaining how he really only deals with commercial properties, that he really does not like to work with warranty companies. I just felt like he thought this job was beneath him and he only deals with Big contacts. I kept getting the run around. This was not a good experience.

    Called them at 8am on a Sunday when my oil furnace started acting up during a cold morning. Got a call back within an hour and had a service tech at the house within 2 hours. The price he charged me for an emergency visit, cleaning, and some necessary ductwork was less than our previous HVAC service charged for just a typical service/cleaning. I will be using Cold1services from here on out.

    My experiece was bad at beginning as the commincation was bad. However, the technician (Robert) is a good guy, he can fix the problem quickly, good manner. He listened my feedback too. Overall it's still good result and experiece. Thanks to Robert to fix my system. Will recommend Robert if people need service from Cold 1 Service.

    Fixed place to light pilot for oil tank. Service was very professional and informative.
