Was very glad to use this service. My parents are living in Philadelphia, PA. They have 3 bd house since 1996. So it's old already, and A/C old as well. I decide to find company from my friends recommendation. They gave me AL Group phone number. I call and spoke with Alex, he is the owner of the company. Conversation was very polite and clear about cost, installation and replacement. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and discount. The team at AL Group provided exceptional service from the very first phone call. We called to request an estimate and the dispatcher set a precise time for the estimator to come to our house and he did an extremely thorough evaluation. On the day of installation, we were given a one hour window for the installers to arrive and they were right on time. They took special precautions to keep our home clean and followed all COVID protocols. We would wholeheartedly recommend AL Group to anyone who asks.

Over the weekend, I scheduled an appointment for a Monday afternoon for an annual check up on my older model central air conditioner that didn't show any repair need but I wanted an annual system check & received an email confirmtion. Early Monday morning, the HVAC Manager sent me an email stating they would not be able to service my AC unit because all of their technicians were too busy with system installations every single day. But they did advise if I wanted to get a new system because mine was over 15 yrs old, they would be able assist with that. So, that basically tells me they were only interested in the higher paying work orders & didn't want to be bothered with my annual check up request (& possible repair work if they found a need) because it wasn't a several thousand dollar job like a new installation. Never will call them again!

In August of this year, my a/c gave up and started blowing warm air. It was impossible to stay in the house. I called Alex and he came the same day. In a few houses my a/c was up and running. Temperature in the house droped down witch made my pregnant wife and me happy. Highly recommend this guys are professionals!

The technician was on time and very skilled. Explained all pros and cons of my heating unit and advised me about how to get better air flow during this pandemic. Alex was very professional and maintained safe distance guidelines and also wore required PPE (booties, mask and gloves). He also fixed my previously installed humidifier.
