Called Pellis, phone service was excellent!! Within a couple hours Bruce, there tech. was knocking on our door.
He was top notch from start to finish. Won’t ever call nobody else!!! We will use and refer them from now on. Five star all the way!!! Thank you guys soooooooo much!!!

We noticed the furnace was not working late at night, when we got up I submitted a request for service on the website. Moments later a got a call from Sue who was extremely friendly. Tech called a few hours later to say that he was on his way. Quickly dignosied and fixed the problem for a reasonable fee. Could not ask fro a better customer experiance.

Friendly, fast & professional. Got a quote for a furnace install on a Tuesday afternoon and they had the job done by mid afternoon on Friday of the same week. This meant a lot to me since we were replacing an unsafe furnace and the weather was quickly getting cold.

Matt did an awesome job replacing my furnace inducer. I thought I was done for with my furnace after I heard my humming noise from the motor. Well pelles doesn't use used parts (like others out there) and got a new replacement motor for our home.
