There customer services amazing! I had a problem with my air conditioner and Jeff the technician went over in detail what was wrong and gave me several options for repair. He followed up on the phone a week later to make sure everything was working properly and it was. Best of all when it was time for a furnace check up, they called me and set it all up, I didn't have to worry or think about it at all! Also, I needed a new filter and I told them I would buy one, once I got it home I did not know how to put it in, Jeff called me and talked me through it step by step complete with pictures! Highly recommend!!

I was suffering b/c my furnace’s attached humidifier wasn’t working!! Jake came over, cleaned the fan and added an outdoor sensor to the Aprilaire Humidifier! It was also has a cold water feed by the original installer! That was wrong and in winter house was too dry. Jake switched it to the hot water and adjusted setting! Humidity is already up from 16 % to 31% since he left 15 minutes ago! . That is huge !! I am looking forward to a good night sleep!

I've been using Pelles for pre-season checks of my furnace & air condotioner for a few years now. I'm pleased with the service. I've never had any problems, so I don't have any experience with emergency service.
But for my purposes - it's always been easy to schedule an apointment and they've always arrived at the designated time. The time to check each componet seems reasonable & on-par with inspections I've had in the past from other such companies at my prior residence & the cost is also in-line. Additionally, they've never tried to sell me anything during a service call. I plan to continue to use them for these pre-season inspections.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of this 2018 year so far. Pelles service responded to my phone call at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. Bruce arrived on Sunday morning at 9:00 am and diagnosed the problem. He did an initial fix that got my house a little warm before the part stopped again. On Monday morning, he got the part as soon as the parts store opened at 8:00 am and called me to see if he could come this early. I said sure. So, Bruce came, installed the part, and got my furnace working in 10 minutes. He was very polite and explained the problem to me. Great Job!

Jake was kind, fast, and super knowledgeable. Cannot say enough about this experience. I’m a pelles fan! Definitely recommend. Haven’t had a heating service like this before and now I’m a sold customer! Thanks so much guys!

Matt was personable, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. It started right with the phone call to Pelles. The woman I spoke with was kind, professional and understood my concerns and wanted to help as soon as possible.
