Pelles Heating & Cooling provides very dependable and knowledgeable service. In the past I’ve used Pelles for routine maintenance, and this year I had them upgrade both my AC and heating systems. In both cases they met my highest expectations. Matt was the lead worker and has earned my confidence in his workmanship. The new AC works great, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try the heating system. Based on my experience using Pelles’ services, I can recommend them highly.

So for some background, my furnace finally decided to go out...and during the coldest time. Pelles was very responsive when Ii reached out to them. They provided me with options. After selecting an option they were very quick to provide dates to replace my furnace that were within a few days. When the tech team came out they performed the work quickly. They are very considerate and ensured the area was clean. The work they did was very professional. They gave me a quick run down on the new system and showed me improvements from what had been there before. The new furnace is nicer and more efficient. I highly recommend Pelles for your HVAC needs, whether routine maintenance, repairs or new. The office admin is also very professional and courteous.

I'm very very happy with the service from Pelles! I got same day service on the day before Christmas Eve and the furnace was quickly fixed. Matt is awesome and was not only thorough but gave me a detailed description of everything he was doing! I highly recommend Pelles to anyone and won't hesitate to call them in the future.

The technician team at Pelles are professional and knowledgeable. They always showed up on time and walked me through what they were working on to help me understand the problem and the solution. My HVAC issue was like piecing a puzzle together and they involved me during that process.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this company and HIGHLY recommend that you use them! I woke up to a bitter cold house, called just this morning and they came today and I now have heat! Thank you Kehle and team! Jesse was prompt, friendly and superior in knowledge. You guys ROCK!
