Have had Chris out several times. He couldn't be more professional and nicer. He replaced a pipe on top of my water heater that was leaking, which kept me from having to replace the water heater. Always arrived on time. Will continue to use B&B.

Chris is the best. He is honest and informative. He's not necessarily the cheapest in town, but he is a good value. We have a service agreement with him that covers twice yearly maintenance and ensures that we will get a response 24/7 to any HVAC emergencies, which of course we don't have because he is properly maintaining our systems! My home has some poorly designed and installed HVAC elements- he has educated me on the problems and helped me prioritize repairs and upgrades to make it affordable. Thanks Chris- you're the best!

Our air conditioning broke the night before July 4th. The service technician called me back within 5 minutes and was at my home replacing the broken part within an hour. The customer service is wonderful.
