Bill Galbraith is the worst owner and has the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. He purposely waited to deliver oil until the price went up and then told me to “it’s only $20; just shove it up your ass.” Stay away!!!

They will lie and cheat, and scam you out of every dollar they can. Said they lost our contract and couldn't lock in our rate. Then they claimed never to have received it. Terrible organization, and the owner takes zero responsibility.

Been with them 7 winters with late summer annual service. Good crew, and staff, very responsive.. Has been a pleasure.

Everyone made me feel welcome staff and patrons plus the band's were great
