Well the heat man came out to see what was going on with my heater. He explained everything that was going on with the heater which ultimately guided me to make a decision about services. I appreciated his time and patience. Very professional!!! He wore covers on his shoes before he came into my home to measure all the heaters. Unbelievable!!! I was impressed. I knew them I selected the right place to do the job!!

After saving me a ton of money on my first encounter with the Heat and Air Guys I was in need of their services once again. When they arrived, on time if I may add, they went right to work. Within 15 minutes the problem was located. We discussed the possibilities that existed to resolve the issue. Within 3 days I received a quote for the service we discussed and the quote was right on point with our previous discussion. Of course I am going through with the service. Cavon did a great job installing my brand new heating system and air conditioning unit. Professionalism: He arrived on time covered with mask and gloves and even once he entered my home he put covers over his shoes. I really liked that level of professionalism.
Quality: He performed a thorough assessment of my home took his time to measure and account for all that was required for the installation. Out of all the other HVAC contractors that I called for estimates none took the effort and time to measure my windows and room sizes to make sure I was getting the right system suitable for my home.
Price: His price was right in line with his competitors and we were also able to negotiate on a price I was comfortable with paying. My heating unit was making a loud grinding noise. I was worried it was about to go. I called the receptionist was pleasant and gave the information to Cavon .He came out early the next day and resolved the issue, while giving us feedback and options about the condition of the unit.
