Quality Air HVAC Trust was assigned by HSA. I had to call to schedule an appointment and I advised my A/C unit wax on my roof with my own ladder access. The scheduler stated it would not be a problem. I had to delay a week with family vacation plans. The called advising of their arrival and came an hour after the scheduled time. Once the technician arrived I informed him of the access. He called his supervisor who said no. The technician was very professional and apologetic, but said they could not help. Once again a failed attempt by HSA and a contractor. Just unprofessional company overall. Thank you for nothing.

Hired for HVAC repair, the starter motor started making a horrible racket. Seemed professional at the time. Diagnosed and said they needed to order a part and would get back to me. I called 3 weeks later and they said the part was still on order. Called 2 weeks after that and said they weren't going to repair it because it wasn't broken it was just making noise.

They were more than happy to take my service fee, and I even tipped the crew $40 for a 5 minute diagnosis because it was the holidays. Then they give me the runaround for over a month and go back on their word, trying to gaslight me, like I don't have to hear this chainsaw of an HVAC system all day.

These guys are classic charlatans and rip-off artists. What a sham. IF YOU HIRE THEM AFTER READING THIS YOU ARE A FOOL.

They will.not provide same day or 24 hour service. The person who answered their phone was impossible to understand. I needed my AC repaired and they told me it would take days before they came out. Stay away!! They are incompetent !!

This was the second company sent to my home by my home warranty company (American home shield) who have I since left for such terrible service as well, for a second opinion. The contractor for this company acted nice, told me the problem (the blower motor was broke), and then told me things that made me believe he would be helpful considering I had no heat. I asked him directly to his face if there was an access issue and he said no. Then I received notice from my warranty company that this company reported they couldn’t get access to my HVAC unit and that there was NO malfunction in my system. At that time I was going on two weeks with a extremely loud problem with the blower motor to no heat at all. I live in a Philly apartment, but I’m sure this isn’t the first apartment they have been to. I asked them to send me an email with their report and they never sent it, I asked multiple times. I later had two companies I hired on my own to come look at it and then do the install job so clearly these guys are lazy, don’t know what they are doing, or are manipulated to “be unable to do it” by the warranty company. On top of that they don’t answer their phone at all! It took myself and the warranty company multiple times to reach them. Do not work with them!!!

Great experience. Kaleel (sp?).and.Keyon were thorough, friendly and professional. Their inspection was comprehensive and they uncovered some minor issues that they said we're not urgent but to keep my eye on. Unlike the local guys I've used in the past for annual inspection and maintenance, they did not try to sell me on unnecessary replacement of my entire system.

This review is based on my experience working with this company on an AC repair via American Home Shield warranty appointment.

Sadly, it was very poor experience both from customer service and from technical support. Secondary damage to the AC unit and basement was caused during repair and resulted in basement to flood leading to more property damage. My experience was in par with the 1 star reviews listed here. They refused to fast track the repair of the damage caused by their repair activity even after the warranty company requested expedited service. The supervisor never responded even though I requested call back several times.

Customer service: 0 / 5 (based on lack of follow up, rude communication, lack of professionalism)

Technical ability: 2/5 (some technicians are good. But there was secondary damage to the unit during first repair, refused to take responsibility and was not responsive to my request to address the issue in a timely manner and never followed up. They are not communicative and do not explain the technical issues clearly.

I hope the warranty company will remove them from the preferred contractors list in the future based on their poor incompetent service as evidenced by this and other multiple reviews here.

American Home Shield sent Quality Air HVAC after my furnace started spewing water out of the pressure release valve.

Khalil made a quick evaluation, Derek performed the replacement of the valve and helped us make sure the system was up-and-running. Very happy we didn't have a bigger issue. Team was professional, friendly, and fast.

I am mystified by the poor reviews. My central air stopped working 10 days ago when it was 90°. I have a American home warranty - I made a claim on Thursday evening. AHS assigned the claim to this company. They called me first thing Friday morning to tell me they could come out Monday. They showed up when they were supposed to, diagnosed the problem (needed new control board), and told me the part for my very old system would take 7-10 business days to obtain. They called me this Monday to tell me part wasn’t in yet. They called me again this morning to say part arrived (8 business days) and they could come out today. They arrived when scheduled, replaced the part, and checked to make sure system was operating property. Everyone was professional and polite.

Very unprofessional. I requested HVAC service through my home warranty company on Saturday. Monday AM I received a phone from a gentleman stating he would be in the area today and can be out between 2-8pm. I asked him for a more reasonable window as that was literally 6 hours. He stated that he did not know but would give me a call when he can. 6:24pm I did not receive a call, I contacted the number which was the same gentleman who contacted me this AM. He stated that I would have to call the office to schedule an appointment as they get extremely booked. I reminded him that he was the same gentleman that contacted me this AM with the broad time frame. He then asked if I lived at (gave someone exact address) and informed him I did not. I was a little upset but not disrespectful due to the fact I was in the house all day and not once did he call me with an update as he mentioned he would. He tried to cut me off multiple times but I wanted to express my disappointment of being home all day and was never updated/contacted with an ETA. I informed him that I needed to leave by 7:30pm and as long as he can come here before then I would be happy. I even informed him that he could reschedule me for tomorrow AM which I was fine with. He then stated that his schedule was more then likely set for tomorrow and he would not be able to squeeze me in. I was very confused because he called me early this AM and stated that he "squeezed me" in as well.. Needless to say, he finally stated "you can call your insurance company and go with someone else if I can not accommodate your schedule" I feel as though this was very unprofessional and should not have been said. One I was not disrespectful and two I was trying to work around both schedules. Due to the unprofessional response, I would dare not have my insurance company pay a dime to this company.
