Nu-Temp Heating & Cooling

They installed a water tank in my household 2 years ago.. Pgw came out to test all gas products in the household and found out that the water tank was in properly installed. The fluke pipe wasn’t properly put on which was causing carbon monoxide to leak into the house . Once the service plumber came out he said oh lord and called his boss and said this was a mikes job explaining that mike a plumber that works for them has done this before meaning installed the water tanks in properly.. They tried to charge us an additional $600 to fix a problem that they caused even though we have the warranty.. I would not recommend them at all they could have possibly killed us from not properly installing our water tank ... Do Not use this company ❗️

I had an issue with my heating system not working and Tony came out and fixed the problem immediately. Heats been running perfect ever since! Seriously if you need work done for HVAC contact this company.

My heater went down around noon and had a GREAT service technician come out, Brian had me up and running in less then an hour! Very professional and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

My heat pump stopped functioning. Brian came out as an Emergency call this past month on a Saturday. Took about an hour to come out and got my heat working in about an hour. Managed to find the issue that 3 other techs missed (foil insulation causing a short).

I really liked the work Brian O'Connor did on the two occassions I needed
help. I signed the Maintenance Agreement and am looking forward to receive the hard copy he said I would receive from your company.

Nothing short of a great experience! Brian came out quicker than any other company my mom and I have delt with, we didn’t even get cold before he was here and our heat was fixed! Absolutely amazing service!

Nice guys but, they have worked on mt unit a half a dozen times since it was installed. It's 82 degrees and 85 percent humidity in my house and they have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Not sure I could reccomend them to anyone at this point.

Their technician was very respectful of my home. They were on time and fixed my issue on the first visit. Prices for service were fair.
