Nu-Temp Heating & Cooling

Nu-Temp installed a brand new hvac system for us and our house is much warmer! Our gas and electric bills have also gone down since we got the new system! They were great to work with and came out quickly! Would definitely recommend them!

We've used Nu-Temp for many years now at 2 different homes for both heating and cooling systems repairs and replacement. They have always been reliable, courteous, reasonably priced, and helpful in making informed decisions. I always recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. My air conditioning went in the middle of the summer and Nu-Temp came out right of away and installed a new air conditioning unit. The new air conditioning unit lowered our bills and kept the house cooler. I would recommend Nu-Temp to anybody.

This past summer our HVAC system went completely dead. We called Nu-Temp and they diagnosed the problem, were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, and set us up with a brand new system in less than a day with more power and is also more efficient. Our electric and gas bills have definitely gone down!

NEVER use the company. They sell you the unit then disappear. The owner never returns phone call, they do NOT know how to work on the units they sell you. Within the first 3 months, we had to have them out because the units were leaking. Had to call them out AGAIN because the units are not blowing cold air. They tighten a bolt, added more Freon to the unit, charged and arm and a leg and it still does not work. We called the maker of the units, they gave us a contractor that actually went for training on the units and now it is going to cost us close to $1000.00 to fix. The unit in the bedroom is leaking freon, there are oil stains on our wall and who knows what else. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE. Will will be reporting them BBB.

I’ve been very happy with Nutemp for service maintenance. However this last visit, not so much. I was charged $100 to find out a very minimum amount of information. I found out that the leak coming from my AC register was not an AC heating issue. It basically took 10 minutes.

NU-Temp installed my new heater and air condition 5years ago, no problems professional installed and yearly maintain . Excellent service provider.

I was with a warranty company we all know which one and they came out to my home three different times three different technicians... finally I got disgusted I called Nu temp because I've used them in the past my neighbor knows them well I've also told people about them and they have installed at four people times that I actually know... they came when they said they would they explained everything to me I understood it it was plain and simple the other people didn't tell me exactly what I needed it was very frustrating so guess what I'm happy I have I have comfort in my home on a senior citizen even though I don't act like one I'm 65 years old and I'll tell you what I would recommend Nu temp to anybody... I didn't even tell the guys I was buying them lunch they were shocked and I have to tell you I was so happy when they left.... I was almost crying ....a beautiful job no drama... no lies... everything up front... perfect!!!!

In December 2017, I reached out to Nu-Temp (after receiving their postal mail advertisement) to assess my very antiquated and inefficient heating system. Tyler, who was professional and honest, performed the test which determined my system was failing. So, as an early Christmas present, Tyler and his team installed a brand new, high-efficient HVAC system including a brand new hot water heater.

I was approved for 0% financing over 10 years--for the "middle" package-- so that definitely helped facilitate the quick decision of completely updating our heating system. In the winter months, I was warm--in fact, at times, too warm! And now as we enter the summer months, my house, which is a one-story row home, is as cold as a meat freezer, just how we like it.

The system is also totally modernized i.e. digitally equipped and can be maintained with personal devices (by downloading the particular app.) In addition, the system reminds residents of when it's time to change the air filters and even provides the weekly weather. For some people, this may seem gratuitous, but in actuality, having the ability to regulate your home's temperature when you're at work, etc, is truly beneficial.

In short, I'd highly recommend employing Nu-Temp for your HVAC services. I am comfortable and actually grateful for an HVAC system that works so well.
