Nu-Temp Heating & Cooling

We had NuTemp replace our AC unit a few years back and have used them for a service contract since. Always great service with polite and friendly techs, especially Bryan. Bryan is knowledgeable and answers all of our questions. We asked him about a smart thermostat the last time he was here and he gave us great advice. The best part is that they are reasonable priced.

I had a heat/ac unit installed by NuTemp about 1.5 years ago. The price and service was exceptional. This week I needed to call to have my unit checked out, and was again impressed with the representative and the service. While I don't usually take the time to write reviews, this company has earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommended!

All personnel, from office staff, and installation team were very professional and experienced !!! They all provided great customer service, which is very hard to come by nowadays. We switched from oil to electric and Nu Temp nstalled our central air and hot water tank. They did a great job getting the big unit and. all the ductwork in the attic space. Customer service is very helpful and they are prompt when needing emergency service.

Nu-temp was a god - sent. The owner Tony came out to service my heater, and found that the heater was so outdated. The heater was 28yr older and Tony recommended installing a new one to my home. With 3 days they installed the new heater and the cost was better than I could have dreamed about, and since that the house is warmer and my gas bill drop by 10%. Best purchase we ever made! The house is more comfortable and the rooms feel warmer. So happy to have a company with excellent service and knowledgeable technicians, I highly recommendations NU TEMP for you heating and air conditioning needs! Best move I have made in a long time!

I got three quotes for replacement of my 20-year-old central air system.
I went with Nu-Temp based in part by the fact that they were recommended to me by someone else. They get my highest recommendation. On the front end, Tony was businesslike and polite, explaining everything and giving me options. He didn't try to pretend that he was my new best friend. Installation started about a week from the decision. It went smoothly; the techs were polite, clean, and they cleaned up well. Dawn in the office always friendly, patiently dealt with my stupid questions. On top of all that, their quote was competitive. I can't think of any negatives at all.

Installation team of two were very good installing a new hot water heater. Knowledgeable, competent, friendly and professional. They even noticed that my radon system was not working properly which I'm now correcting - thank you!

concise and extremely well priced proposal, to the signing of the contact and to the install was handled professionally and seamlessly by Dawn. Larry, the owner, was extremely courteous and didn’t hesitate to pick up the phone to answer multiple in-depth questions I had regarding the HVAC install.
Brian, the estimator is extremely knowledgeable and spoke clearly and precisely in layman’s terms as to exactly what Nu-Temp would do to correct my unbalanced HVAC system. Ken and Steve are extremely experienced top
notch HVAC technicians. They flawlessly completed a whole house gas conversion install from an inefficient all electric HVAC system. They expertly Installed a new gas manifold, ran 4 new gas lines, installed a Rheem high-efficiency gas furnace, a Rheem 3 ton condenser, and a Bradford White power vent gas hot water heater.
Most importantly and thankfully Brian and Ken recommended to remove, replace and upsize the main trunk supply and return ducts to properly balance the new system. Nu-Temp was the only HVAC company out of 3 well known local HVAC companies to finally address the root cause of the unbalanced HVAC system...improperly sized main trunk ductwork.
Nu-Temp is by far the best HVAC company in Bucks County.

Great service! When you call the office the people are friendly and helpful. They came out the next day for a quote with fair and honest pricing. The installation workers were friendly, and took the time to discuss the whole system/installation options. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.
