Nu-Temp Heating & Cooling

Nu-Temp did an amazing job installing our new AC/Heather system as well as the water heater. They were on time, clean, fast, professional and courteous. There was no pressure at any time and there was no up-selling. I got a system that I needed and I am extremely happy. I highly recommend them.

It was great friendly service and great pricing. They went above and beyond and checked my other system as well to make sure it was good to go. I was very happy and my house is much cooler than it ever was. I was quoted by another company that was more expensive and for a smaller less quality compressor. Highly recommend!

After having a different company perform scheduled maintenance on our heater a couple of years back, we were told we needed a new furnace. We got a second opinion from Nu-Temp. Turns out only a minor part replacement was needed. Since then, Nu-Temp has handled our HVAC maintenance. Very courteous and helpful office staff and technicians. We have been very pleased with the quality and integrity of their work and chose to have them replace our furnace and AC when the AC broke down recently. Installation went smoothly. Technicians were respectful of property and reviewed scope of work, including necessary on-site adjustment in coil make/model. Office staff handled product registration and rebate applications. Prior to contracting the work, the proposals we received did contain a couple of errors in the product descriptions which were corrected after we pointed it out. To err is human. Other than that, we are extremely satisfied with Nu-Temp and highly recommend them. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Nu Temp! The office staff member was polite and accommodating. My technician, Brian, was courteous of my time by calling when he was on his way. He was so helpful by taking the time to explain to me what was wrong with my heater and gave me some great options that suites my home. Overall, he was here for an hour, the price was great, and he did a great job!

I call them to replace my thermostat I am so upset about their honesty I bought one thermostat with them they charge me $494 with that same thermostat at Amazon it cost $220 at Home-depot the price is $230. They are not honest about their business. I am not call them again.
Sorry I can’t reply to your comments that’s why I edit my review and try to answer your questions. I told that you changed me $494 this only thermostat price I include. Total you guys charge me $594 that is your service charge. So I didn’t mention $100. I hope you guys make your price fair next customer.

I have dealt with Nu Temp for both general maintenance and a few repairs. Their reps are always very friendly, on time and trustworthy. Prices are very reasonable as well. They have never attempted to "sell" me anything and as a matter a fact when I have had issues they instructed me on how to address the issue in the future when possible to save money on a service call. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Nu Temp. The whole process was great from start to finish. The team at the office answered all of our questions and kept in constant communication. Nu Temp came out the next day to replace our leaking hot water heater and 2 days later to install a new HVAC system. They educated us, cleaned up after themselves and got everything done extremely quickly. I highly recommend working with for a personalized family feel experience.

I was recommended by a friend to use nu temp. I'm so glad i did. They came out and fixed my old a/c and gave me quote on a new heater and air conditioner. The heater and air were top quality products. They installed the products in a timely and professional manner. Tony was fantastic. Price was reasonable. Nu temp is my new heating and air conditioner company. After they installed my air conditioner my house was 76 degrees. Within 15 minutes my house was 73 degrees. Fantastic and quality equipment. Installed a central air unit in my home 6/21/2019. Inspector will not pass says a few minor adjustments need to be made. Nu Temp agreed to make adjustments( Lower the fan speed, re-secure the flex duct work that was loosened with the placement of air handler and water proof the emergency shut off) Company said they could and would fix and it should take less than 30 minutes to correct. Today is 8/5/2019. Still not done and the office workers need classes on customer service. Company seems to do everything possible to not work with the customers. Once they complete a job they run the opposite direction and don’t care about work being up to code.. Looking at the reviews for the company , most are more than 2 years old . They might have been a good company at some time in history but if this is how they are running a business today ....RUN AWAY and look for a better HVAC company. Update to review. Nu Temp sent tech Brian out to my house for corrections needed/required on Monday August 10. Work was complete in 30 minutes or less. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. I can appreciate when a company does not leave the customer hanging, for that I can say thank you and as of today give them a 3.5 star rating.

Have been a Nu-Temp customer for several years now having purchased both our outside air conditioning unit and, last year, our furnace from Nu -Temp. The quote we received on our furnace was so much less than the other quotes we received. The installation itself and the employees who did the installation were terrific. We've been very pleased with our new furnace. Today I needed service on our air conditioning unit which we purchased several years ago. I called this morning. Brian, NuTemp's service manager, was out early this afternoon, replaced a part, and fixed the problem. He was just great! Very pleased! I highly recommend Nu-Temp!
