Family Heating & Air Conditioning

We moved into what was a a bank owned property and found neither of the 2 a/c units were working. One was fixed with a simple repair, but the second unit needed to be replaced. We were afraid both would need to be replaced and I am 7 months pregnant and HOT. Thankfully, Alden got the one system going and a few days later our new unit was installed by Alden, Brew and Kyle. They were super responsive and kind and patient letting my 2 yr old son be curious about everything they were doing. I really appreciate the work they did and the timely manner in which it was done. I also think their pricing was fair and reasonable. We have more systems to upgrade and repair in the future and will be using them again. Thanks a bunch!

The family HVAC comfort protection plan… What a deal! It includes maintenance free emergency service, which I took them up on last week in the snow my heater died. They came out for no charge assess the problem and fix it on the spot at a great price!

I was referred to Family Heating in December by a friend when my heating unit went bad. They came out ASAP and had it done quickly. Their site is easy to navigate when requesting service. I am very pleased with their service. Today I placed a service request because my central air was making a weird noise. They again came out same day which is awesome and resolved it quickly.

This company was so efficient, friendly and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. We were without AC for a few weeks before finding them and they asked if we would like them to come install a temporary window AC unit make us comfortable until our appointment to get the install. I have never heard of a company like that. Definitely recommend and will be using them from here on out for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you Family HVAC!!!

Family HVAC is our go to provider for all of our HVAC services. They're terrifically knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. They're also honest and don't upsell you to repairs that aren't needed. I strongly recommend them over anyone else in the area.

This company is 5 stars. Brut was very professional and went above and beyond to fix my cental air conditioning that is 15 yrs old . Family Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by 2 veterinarians that l work for. I will have Brut come check out the central air conditioning unit in the new house that l am going to purchase soon.
