Had Brew from a Family HVAC out today for my spring AC check up. He was on time , neat and friendly. He was able to answer any of my questions I may have had.

Family HVAC is a great company and Brew was a fantastic technician! I'm so glad I found this company and will definitely be using them for all HVAC services in the future. They were very professional and responsive - they were able to provide quotes, source equipment, and complete installation within a matter of days from the time I first contacted them. Brew talked us through all of our options and was even available to answer questions via text after hours. I can't say enough good things about them! When you find a good, reliable and fair service provider in your area, it's like finding gold!

There will always be hiccups in life, but it’s how a company handles them that matters. Family installed my boiler in December of 2020 when my older boiler stopped functioning. I had issues with my new boiler not working in Dec. 2021 and again in Dec. 2022 and Jan. 2023, in each case the boiler stopped working during very cold snaps. In each case, Family sent someone out within a few days to get the boiler working again, and did not charge me for the work. I understand that this most recent time, they contacted the manufacturer of the unit directly to explore why my issue kept repeating and find a way to prevent this from happening again.

The service people came promptly to fix our air conditioner issue. It turned out to be a minor issue, and we were not charged for the work done to fix the problem.

Brew the tech was professional, friendly and talented. Diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. Left the work area clean when he left.

Brew was wonderful and professional. He came and showed us nuances to our system (new homeowners). He helped us do some routine maintenance and gave us tips and things to look out for. He made sure we didn't pay for unnecessary services, but said not to hesitate to reach out if something comes up. He was great. I hope we don't need to call him back, but feel confident that he would provide great services should we need him again.

Awesome company. Brew is definitely a top notch expert, as he was able to quickly diagnose our gas furnace issue and addressed it. Great customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service received. My wife and I just moved here from CA and bought an older home that had no central air conditioning. Brew came out, looked over the property and gave us a very reasonable estimate for a completely new system installation. Installation was scheduled a few days later and the entire system installed in a manner of hours. The installation technicians were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves as though they were never here. The new system works great. Thank you for a very positive experience.
