Brew came out for an emergency call after the recent storm. Our Ac/furnace burnt out and was not fixable.
He worked with us and we were comfortable with his estimate and professionalism.
Being as this was an unexpected surprise needing a new unit I feel that they gave us the best offer after we had 2 other estimates.
The work was done within a day .
The installers were very prompt, friendly and professional.
They cleaned up after all the work and left nothing behind.
They were also able to offer us 0% financing which was a big help!
I would recommend Family HVAC to everyone.

Of course on the hottest day of the year, the AC went. I called Family HVAC, and the woman I spoke with was so wonderful, she scheduled me for service the next day. However, there was a cancellation, and they were able to get out to my house the same day! The technician, John, was kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgable; he brought me outside and showed me everything that was going wrong with the unit, then sat with me and discussed the quote. As someone who is immunosuppressed and on chemotherapy, I was SO grateful John wore a mask in my home without my asking. And my dog loved him, so I know he's good people.

Family Heating & AC is top-notch - professional service with a family-like familiarity. They are reliable and always go a step or two beyond expectations. They replaced our AC unit last summer, which included a service plan; just got our second service on that plan and Brew got us all set quickly. Bought a house in early December. 2 days later the 25 y/o furnace went with a snow storm coming. It was a Sunday, and I was worried about the pipes freezing. Space heaters weren't cutting it. I called around, and the only place that had anyone on call on a Sunday or willing to give me an estimate was Family HVAC. Their lead technician, Brew, was amazing. I gave him all the details and measurements, and he was able to give me several quotes that night, and he was very responsive to the many questions I had throughout the whole process. The house has forced hot air, but never had central air, so I decided to do it all at once. They could replace the furnace and install the new a/c condenser the next day. But Brew was patient with me while I tried to get a second quote, so we scheduled for the following day. Brew and his crew were in and out the same day. Their work was meticulous and they kept the house clean. It's such a relief to have heat again, and to not have to worry about pipes freezing. I highly recommend Family HVAC to anyone in need of a new system. They were extremely professional, polite, courteous, and hard-working. Very thorough!

I woke up this morning and my system was not blowing cold air. My friend recommended this company and as soon as I called i had an appointment. Brew was at my house 30 minutes later. He was professional, wore boot coverings, a face mask, and was fast and efficient. He explained what was wrong (a broken capacitor) and fixed the problem immediately. Thankfully, my air is working beautifully now - especially since it is very hot today. This was one of the best experiences we have had with a company. We called about a faulty air conditioner and were impressed by the conversation we had on the phone about how to fix the issue, so much so that we waited a night without air conditioning for them to come the next morning. We decided to replace our air conditioner vs fix and were lucky to have an opening the next day due to someone rescheduling. The team showed up on time and were extremely respectful during the installation process. They kept our house very clean during and after the process. They went the extra mile to walk us through the issues we’d had previously and making sure we were 100% satisfied with the install of the new unit. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We will be using them to install a new furnace for our first level. Happy to have a company that we trust.

I highly recommend using this company. We called at 9am with a broken ac unit - Brew was at our house in less then two hours. He found the issue and went above and beyond to get the replacement parts and come back the same day to repair. So thankful for everything he did!

I had a very pleasant experience with Family Heating & Air Conditioning! The response time to my initial request for a quote was extremely fast! The representative I spoke with on the phone was informative & friendly. After receiving an estimate, I decided to get a new heating & cooling system installed. I was able to get that new system installed within the same week! The technicians arrived on time & were very professional. The system was up and running by the end of the day! They also followed up with me the day after the installation to make sure everything was satisfactory & I appreciate that a lot. I highly recommend this company!

This was the best experience. Brew was amazing! I was extremely apprehensive about replacing my system, especially Now when times are hard. However he put my mind at ease by giving me options and allowing me to draw my own conclusions. I found this company on google. As soon as I called I knew I would do business with them. I initially spoke to the owner of the company and he assured me I would have all my questions answered by his highly skilled specialists, and he was right . From the first call to the installation the guys were top of the line and knowledgeable.
