Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

All of our experiences with Wahl have been great. This time we had a leak from our shower drain, needed a new toilet, and had our sinks replaced. Jay arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, quickly got started, and did a great job on all required services. I would recommend Wahl for all plumbing needs.

Scott and Nick from Wahl Family Heating & Cooling serviced our furnace (for a scheduled tune up) earlier today. Both men were extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. They fully explained everything they completed and what we can consider doing going forward to keep our HVAC system in top condition. We have been using Wahl Family Heating & Cooling since we purchased our house in 2015. We have never had a single concern with the technicians they have sent to our home or the service they provided. We highly recommend them.

I always request Chuck Fievet to do my yearly furnace and air conditioner tuneups. He is always professional and is very courteous. He consistently takes the time to explain any concerns and answers all of my questions. I have a lot of confidence with his suggestions.

Nick from heating and cooling performed a maintenance check on our unit and I couldn’t be happier with the service and how much knowledge he had. He was very friendly and I liked him instantly. He took the time to really explain everything and had alot of patience with me. I highly recommend the company and will be asking for Nick next year for the maintenance on our unit.

Sean, Don and Denny were amazing! We had a gas leak and they were able to come in and replace all our gas lines in 1 afternoon. Excellent service and amazing service technicians. They were patient and kind with me... I appreciate them putting up with my grumpiness. Very professional!

Let me tell you, this small business was absolutely amazing!! Best customer service we have ever had when it comes to contractors. I purchased the package to have my furnace and ac “tune up” which was a great deal paying for that than paying for them separately. They will come back in the spring to do the ac unit tune up. Brad the technician showed up and was very friendly! Came in went to work and I decided to hang out with him to see what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and explained things that I didn’t know about my own furnace lol. After his “tune up” he said us 30% on our gas he said because the pressure changes coming in over time and the furnace was just burning extra wasted gas which is a huge savings!!! He went over so much and TOOK HIS TIME to actually explain things and not just get in, get out, and make money. The biggest part of this is he found a problem that wasn’t even part of the service and that was our water heater venting. Long story short the venting stack was not working correctly with the water heater so he took the time to make detailed quotes for me and helped explain them! I felt like he went above and beyond any expectations any person could have. Very impressed and know who will be coming to my home from now on. It’s hard to find in this day of age a company that will give quality work, friendliness, and not take your wallet. Small business for the win!!

The staff was very responsive and professional. The women who answered the phone was very caring and compassionate about my furnace not working. The tech, Nick assured he answered all my questions and made sure I understood why he had to conduct the work he had to do. This was an emergency call around 10pm and he arrived to my home within 25-30 minutes. The company’s quality of work and customer service skills is outstanding.

Jacob and Jared were except. They were friendly and professional and most importantly competent. With an old boiler it’s not everywhere you can find people knowledgeable enough to work on them. With in moments a calling for an emergency estimate we had someone at my house to give an estimate and options for a plan of action and about as quickly were able to have a team come to make the repairs. Before they left Jacob and Jared made sure I knew how to keep an eye on things and make sure it continues to function as it should.

This is not our first time with Wahl or with Jay. Jay has been courteous, friendly, helpful, patient, and informative each time he’s been in our home. There is never pressure from Jay. He is open with options and willing to answer our questions. He is polite and likable. It feels comfortable having him in our home and we feel as if things will be taken care of correctly and quickly.
Wahl is always quick to give estimates, complete work, and call back. We are happy to support a local business. We feel safe with their history, years in service, warranty, and close proximity to our home.

I called for an estimate and they made sure the could come out the next day. Jay did a wonderful job, he was thorough, helpful, and provided several options. We would always call them first!
