We needed to replace both our furnace and a/c and are very pleased that we went with Wahl. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Jessica helped us with scheduling and Stephen took all the time necessary to talk through options to best suit our needs. Jason and Don were great through the entire installation process. They educated us about our new system and answered all of our questions. When we ran into an unexpected issue, they helped us get to a solution that we are very satisfied with. It was a great experience overall and I would not hesitate to call Wahl in the future.

Bob n Corey were both professional and courteous. They showed up on time , very respectful of our home and family , especially our dog. From the initial service call w Brad till the end of the project I was pleased w the whole experience. My Thanks goes out to the 3 of them.

Our first contact was Jay Mowery, wow what a guy. Jay was at our house within about 60 minutes from my phone call to WAHL. He was AWESOME. Jay took the time to answer all my questions, explained pros and cons of each of our options. He was very friendly and professional. The installers Jason Warner and Don Bryan were equally awesome. Jason explained all the valves and knobs, and maintenance schedule as did Jay. They both were very friendly and professional and respectful of our home. Would absolutely recommend WAHL Heating Cooling and Plumbing.

Wahl installed a beautiful tankless water heater that serves as both a boiler and hot water heater at our house. Just look at the pictures! Aron from Wahl took a look at our 16-year old boiler which has 2 (of 4) malfunctioning zone valves, two leaking pipes we’d been delaying in fixing, and was in need of a new expansion tank. He checked for gas leaks. He quoted us several choices: repair just the existing problems OR replace our 16-year old Lars mini therm boiler and 20-year hot water heater with a NEW tankless water heater. The replacement would have the added bonus of giving us back 20+ square ft of floor space in our small basement. Well, we went with the replacement option because both the boiler and water heater were on the older side, and it didn’t make sense to just put a band aid on it. While replacement wasn’t the cheapest option, we are well pleased! Sean, Denny B, Denny S, and Tony did a lovely job. Not only did they figure out how to lay out our system (it is like a puzzle to make it all work and the final product is truly a work of art), they also were super respectful of our house putting down a drop cloths through our kitchen, being super careful carrying in ~100 ft of copper pipe (in 10’ pieces not all in one go), and hauling out the heavy old boiler and hot water heater. I’ve tried to maneuver a 2x4 through the kitchen and down the basement stairs, and it is HARD! They were so careful not to bang anything into our kitchen cabinets. Sean did a lovely job communicating with us. He called each morning to let us know they were on their way. He told told us what to expect (like when we would lose hot water or when they would be flipping a circuit breaker). He tried to minimize the disruption to our lives by ensuring we didn’t lose our water except for short periods and only one evening we were without hot water—and we were told about this a day in advance. Our house is now warm and toasty. Our hot water for showering, laundry etc is limitless. Our basement has more usable space and is more beautiful. The install took 3 guys 3 days and Wahl backs their work (parts and labor) for 5 years. Wahl’s work is high quality and beautiful. And you get what you pay for. I love it that Wahl takes pride in a job done right: “Meeting or exceeding code” and made to last for years. We are happy.

We have been customers of Wahl for several years- with our home, residential rental properties, as well as our commercial properties. They are extremely responsive and timely when making and arriving at appointments. We’ve met many technicians who we have come to know over the years- we appreciate that their employees have been with the company for a long time and grow familiar with our properties. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. When making repairs, they go to great lengths to detail and research all possible options and give you the most to make informed decisions. Wahl has improved the efficiency of our HVAC tremendously. They also installed a NUVO H2O water filtration system at our home which has been a complete game changer. It’s very reassuring to find a company that you can trust!

I recently hired Walh to work on several issue related to HVAC and plumbing. This is for my rental property that I keep in excellent repair. My tenants are my priority. So, Nick came out with in 2 hours of my first call. After inspection, he called and gave me several repair options to choose from. He was very professional, transparent and efficient. The work was top notch and they are now my go to for heating and plumbing. Ask for Nick when requesting service!

I have worked with this company for a year with water lines, gas lines, water heaters, new ac and furnace. Nick the tech rep has been a tremendous help who has great personality and knowledge in his field as well as work ethics making him a true gem for the company he works for. Tyler the plumber rep has great knowledge and work’s ethics in his field making him another gem for the company. All the teams who have come out to install the new water heaters , ac and furnaces as well as new plumbing have been very professional, friendliness, respectful as well as being honest, honorable, and knowledgeable in their work. Special thanks to Jake and his team for the work putting the needs of the customers first and first rate quality work. Also thanks to Shawn and Denny (Team Tiny) for their exuberance as they work, knowing they were having fun as they work meant to me I was getting my bang for my buck. Furnace broke down on a below-freezing day. Wahl came out the next day with a great new furnace and tankless water heater. Jake, Jared, Chris were the techs and they did a great job. Customer service was truly A+. Good contractors are hard to find. We're so glad we went with these guys.

We are very happy with out heating and AC install about 1 yr ago a md so much so we got quota for gas hot water tank replace and some additional plumbing. Quota wed eve and already coming tomorrow 5 days later to do the job. Aaron was service rep for quota and we were very pleased with him. In facet hope he is service rep doing install tomorrow.

Aron & Sean were excellent. Their explanations easy to follow & they were very thorough in explaining the process & particularly the objectives each day. Sean’s team (Tony & Chris) was very easy to work with & they all did a great job answering our questions and addressing our concerns. They were also careful in our house so as to not allow the soot from the old furnace go beyond the basement. Corey joined the team on day 3 and he was likewise pleasant & easy to work with. Sean was particularly diligent in making sure all our radiators were working when the temperature outside (mid 80’s) told the boiler no heat was needed. Would certainly call upon Wahl again for HVAC needs.
