Corey, Chris and Bob came to replace the aging and broken HVAC heat pump system in our condo. They were on time, communicative, professional, clean, and very competent. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit over 2 days. It was a seamless and actually enjoyable experience. The company moved heaven and earth to find the unit they installed as with other vendors the wait would have been many weeks or months. John Wahl found a unit anyway and within a few days had secured it, and promptly scheduled installation with the above-mentioned technicians. All in all, a great experience, and I can say so because over 40 years I have had many HVAC experiences in multiple residences. This was the best by FAR!!

They have always provided great service and responsiveness. Chuck has been to my house on multiple occasions for diagnostics and repairs - he is always very thorough, explains things clearly, ensures any issues are addressed fully and is professional throughout. Thank you!!

I called this company for Install a Tharmostat in my home. They scheduled me for a service call for $49 dollars Instead of their $109 dollars flat rate for diagnosing. I told them that I’m not going to pay any diognosis fee because I don’t have any problem with my hVec . So the negotiate with me a price for Installation of my smart Tharmostat $150 dollars. Tech went to my home and called and over the phone he took my credit card information and charged $199.00 dollars before even see my furnace, and later informed me that he is not able to install the smart Tharmostat because it’s not compatible with my furnace and also he is not able to hook up my old Tharmostat because my furnace control board broke as his statement. And now I have to pay $1296 dollars then he will change my control board and hook up my old thermostat. So I said no because I don’t wants to spend that much money for this Job. So tech said he will refund my money because he didn’t perform any job at all. Today 05/30/2023 I hired another company to fix the problem. They came and work 30 min to hook up my old thermostat and guess what boom it’s up and running $90 dollars . Shame on you guys !!! Didn’t diagnose any issues and advised me to change my control board at $1296. Don’t ripped peoples hard working money. And also I didn’t get my money back yet.

Sean and Jared were very professional and walked us through the process step by step! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a service! They installed a new boiler and made sure all of the radiators were properly working before they left! They cleaned up their mess like they weren’t even here!

Our furnace quit and after calls to competitors they were the only ones who could come out the same day. Brad was thorough and professional in explaining what was wrong and options moving forward. The installers came the next day. Bob, Cory, and the new guy(i cant remember his name). Were superb. Expert installation and workmanship. Neat and clean before during and after. They explained everything in detail. Superb customer service from everyone involved. I cannot recommend them higher.

We had extensive work done the week of 12 June, by Tony, Don, Jason, Marcell. They showed up on time and did a very professional job, including small extras like a general gas cutoff valve.

Had a burst pipe on Christmas Day and thanks to Audri she was able to have someone at my house within a few hours. Scott my service tech was outstanding and fixed a major problem in a short period of time. When my water heater broke a few weeks later I was grateful I didnt have to take time to research a responsive plumbing company and quickly called Wahl again. Tyler was great walking me through all of my options and getting me what I needed. Two techs who installed my new water heater, Chris and Jason were again amazing. If i could give a 10 star review I would! Special thanks to Audri, Scott, Tyler Jason and Chris. To me the best ability is availability and the folks at Wahl do not disappoint!

We just had both Tyler & Nick out for general maintenance. This is the best decision my wife and I have made is having them out. Wahl has been the courteous, timely, professional and helpful with everything they’ve done in our home. We had tankless/furnace/ac done by them and highly recommend them if you are looking for these for your home.

Tyler came by on very short notice with an issue we were having with our tankless hot water heater. Very professional, thorough and diagnosed the problem. We would recommend Wahl to anyone who needs any services that they provide.

Nick provided five star service. He was professional, helpful, timely, efficient, friendly, and concerned. He even detected a gas leak from the gas line in the yard and helped us rectify the matter. He even came back on a Saturday to complete the job. I would highly recommend Wahl Heating and Air to you to take care of all of your needs.
