I was extremely impressed with Mike M., the service technician. The quality of his maintenance service on my heating system & heat pump far exceeded the companies who had previously serviced my devices. I'll definitely use them again.

We subscribe to American Home Shield, and Hernandez Heating and Cooling was the only HVAC company in our area that was available on Saturday. They were at our house within an hour and a half of my initial call. All around great service! Thank you! 👍

I waited almost 2 months so I could give a true review on how the new furnace/AC was working.
Hernandez heating replaced both my furnace and AC system and did a VERY neat job.
Werner ( the owner) explained why our old system was underperforming (not enough return air) and addressed that as part of the install. Huge difference in not only heating and cooling operation but significantly less dust in home.

I had Hernandez Heating and Cooling come to service my older A/C system. They checked it and cleaned my coils which was part of the service. I have an older R-22 system that had the Freon replaced with one of the common freons used now to replace R-22. The Tech told me I was low on Freon and he did not have the one I needed in his truck, but would go back to the shop and call me. I never received a call, and when I called 2 days later was told “ we are looking to see if we have the Freon you need.....we will call you back. I never heard anything back....which is why I only gave 3 stars. I would have been fine if they said they did not have it, but gave me some direction where to go to get a recharge. Customer service counts.

The furnace at the office stopped over the weekend. I called Hernandez Monday morning and by that afternoon they had the bad control board and igniter replaced and the heat was on! Great service!

Owner and installers were competent and respectful

Despite encountering structural issues, they persisted and solved the problem very professionally.

They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to walk me through the new equipment.

My experience with them is that they do not respond to calls or emails. They did not respond to American Homeshield either! 4 weeks and we still have no resolution,

The service tech Miguel, did a good job explaining what he found wrong with our heating system.

Excellent and highly recommend!! Excellent communication via text on arrival time. Technicians were professional, tidy, and explained everything clearly.
