I requested service as my unit wasn’t keeping up with the rise in outdoor temps. The office personnel were friendly and professional. My visit was scheduled in a time frame that worked well for me. Jared arrived in a timely manner. He is a very polite technician, nice to talk with, very knowledgeable and explained each step of his service as well as tips about my unit. I’m pleased to recommend this service provider without hesitation.

Our most recent experience with Hernandez Heating and Cooling was VERY disappointing. The technicians arrived late for both appointments, and left us waiting (1 hour and 2 hours, respectively) for some form of communication as we were stuck in our freezing cold house. While attempting to repair our furnace, one of the technicians broke a part of our furnace, which we were then charged for at the end of the repair process. There was clear communication about how we were not responsible for the broken part and how we should not be charged for this part. We attempted to discuss this with the company; however, the company's communication about the overcharge was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and confrontational. We will move on and search for another company.

Ian responded to repair a strange little one-room furnace that heats our game room. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me without being condescending. Most importantly, his utmost concern was that the unit would function safely and remain that way.

This company is the best! There was a technician who fixed my valve issue on a pipe in a heating zone for my boiler system on a Saturday night. Also the technician saved me money on the repair with explanation, and then told me how to resolve my issue in the future. I'm very appreciative to have this kind of service, especially in February. Hernandez's Heating and cooling employees did a superb job on my heat pump installation. They arrived on time and worked steadily thru the day to complete the installation in 1 day. The employees were courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had about the install. I'd recommend this company to anyone I know!
