Michael went the extra mile to replace our broken central air conditioning before the miserable heat wave arrived. When he powered on the unit for the first time, there was a disconcerting rattle. Without being asked, Michael removed the unit, took it back to the distributor and installed a new one, working into the evening in the process. Thank you Michael for your excellent work and attention to detail.
