Had couple of maintenance and service calls on multiple units--Shane did a great job on annual inspections/tune ups as did Alex with call back to get heat up and running by temporarily fixing defective part. Replacement part was promptly ordered and quickly replaced within couple days without having system down at all. Thanks again for great service!

Be sure to confirm that this company provides service to your area. They do not disclose that until minutes before the appointment arrival time is expected. In my case I waited nearly a week before finding out. Note that they still made the appointment. For reference, they do not service the Lehighton area.

Our service technician Patrick was courteous and respectful and explained all details. Mike described everything that could be done and proposed all options the same day before work was to be done. He responded quickly to any concerns we voiced. We have dealt with other companies before but will definitely stay with Faust. Highly recommend

Our heat shut off and the house was freezing. I called Faust later in the day and they offered emergency service right away, but said if I was ok waiting, they could get someone to my house the next day without the extra charge. I really appreciated that kindness and not taking advantage of the situation. The technician, Jarred, was great and got our boiler working right away.

We used Faust to install a heat pump and service the second one at our last home and are planning on having them replace our current system with two new heat pumps at our new home. Great company that's very respected in the community because they treat people fairly and do a good job.

I had my central air system replaced on 5/26/2022.They sent 4 people to do this and were very professional with the installation, able to do in one day, and made sure the installation was completed to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Having Faust install new heating system in our home today Axel and mike who are doing the install are absolutely exceptional, very respectful and courteous. Would highly recommend Faust. Patrick,axel and Steven where here the next day also.All I have to say is Faust has great people working for them very experienced and very friendly. Highly recommend Faust, had a few companies here and Faust was by far the best......Wednesday July 20 2022....Was having a whistling noise from our heating system called faust had a quick response from them to come out, jarred came out figured the problem out immediately was very friendly and respectful. I see this is my second review for Faust in as many years. Yesterday (Oct 2022) Patrick was the HVAC technician who came to do the annual heating maintenance. Patrick told us that he had noticed that there was a lot of lint on the surfaces in our basement and advised us to check our dryer vent. (We had not noticed this). He then did a check of the outside, and pointed out that our outside dryer vent was partially covered, and when he felt inside, he could tell that there was a large collection of lint within. He warned that this could be a fire hazard. He suggested we hire someone to clean it all out. After Patrick left, my husband took a look and decided to replace the hose that goes from the dryer to the outside vent. WE removed the cover that had been put there to keep critters out (but which did not make sense to do). So, now we feel it is clean and safe. But, were it not for Patrick doing the heating maintenance and giving us advice about the dryer's ventilation, we might have had a house fire. So, we are very grateful we had hired a knowledgeable professional, Patrick, from Faust HVAC - a great company.

I wrote the following review in 2020 .We needed an annual maintenance and wished to make a connection with a company we could rely on in the future when needs arise. A friend recommended Faust to us, and it seems like a good match for us. The pricing was reasonable, and though I am no technician, I got the feeling that Shane was thorough, knowledgable and professional in every way. And the man who set up the appt., Bill, was personable, pleasant and patient. What's not to like about Faust Heating and A/C?

Faust Hearing & A/C continues to impress. We've used them for 7 years and they never disappoint. I'm most impressed with the professionalism, and courtesy of each technician. While our interactions are typically just maintenance calls, on 2 recent occassions (one for A/C, another for heating just last week) we had an emergency. Both times they responded to the call quickly and we received amazing service.

We recently had a heat pump installed in our home by Faust. Service was great! The guys came in and remove the old system and replace it with a new one. They were experienced, polite and friendly. I would recommend their service to my friends and family. thanks Andy, Justin, Mike and others for such great service.

Codie has been our service technician in the past and is always polite and professional. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and had it up and running within the hour. We were pleasantly surprised to learn the repair was covered under warranty. We especially appreciated that our repair was scheduled immediately because the breakdown happened on one of the hottest days of the summer. Thanks!
