I called Faust on June 11th to clean and service my AC unit. It was important to me that someone come as soon as possible because the problem with my AC has caused me to not be able to use it, and it’s been very hot the past few weeks. They said they would come out on June 22nd (the day after Father’s Day). I never received another call or reminder until the morning of the 22nd at 8:00. I had a voicemail from Bill saying they had to reschedule. No apology. No explanation. I was annoyed but I figured there was a good reason and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called him back to reschedule and he tells me they are scheduling out to the end of July! I explained that to him that I could not wait until the end of July. I reminded him that I wasn’t able to use my AC unit and that they were the ones that cancelled on me the day of and said they needed to reschedule. He agreed and scheduled me for Friday June 26th (today). This morning I woke up to another voicemail. This time it said they would not be able to come out and service my AC unit because I am outside of their service area. First of all, why wasn’t this determined the FIRST time I called or even the SECOND time I called?? Secondly, it very clearly says online that this company services “Allentown and surrounding areas”. Well, I live in Allentown. So, TWICE I had to move things around to make sure either me or my husband would be home for these appointments and TWICE they cancelled on me the day of the appointment with barely an apology. I called back and spoke to Bill again. He was not able to give me much more of an explanation besides “It was a mistake.” If I had to guess, my job was too small for them and they probably had other larger jobs lined up that would bring in more money. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose a different HVAC company. Don’t waste your time on this company like I did.
We were recently having trouble with our air conditioning, and Codie was our Service Pro. He was very pleasant and hardworking. He ordered us a new air conditioner with no problem at all. It was a pleasure, thank you for your time!
I had lots of companies bid on a new heat pump system for heating and cooling my house. The oil furnace was old and I wanted to replace it before it failed. Mike Faust provided a very innovative system which works great and also does not use those bulky wall units that I preferred to avoid.
The UNICO air distribution system also complements my wood pellet stoves for supplemental winter heat.
The best part about the entire Faust Team is that each and every one of them were polite, professional, courteous and respectful. They are clearly experts and worked diligently to fine tune the new system until it was perfect.
All of the technicians also clearly love what they do and are highly skilled.
Anyone who wants the best service possible, excellent value for their money, peace of mind that the job will be done right and backed up by outstanding service needs to call Faust.

My electric bill "skyrocketed" this month so I called Faust. Patrick diagnosed the problem and cleaned the coils in the unit, re-sealed the exchange and installed a Hardstart kit. Looks like he solved the problem! Patrick is the best!
Prompt, professional and honest. I've used 3 different HVAC companies since moving to the LV. Faust was the only company where I trusted the knowledge of the technician, in our case Shane. Shane even spent time with me to explain my current issue, and even explained common signs that may indicate a possible HVAC issue. As a first time homeowner, I sincerely valued discussing these topics with Shane. If I have future issues, Faust will be on speed dial.
