They came out right away when we asked for a furnace servicing. Good thing they did as they found holes rusted in the firebox. Once we secured financing from our bank, they came out right away to install the new furnace, took the old one away, installed a new thermostat (included) and showed us how to program it. And it only took them one day to do it. They were always friendly, courteous and professional. This furnace works so much better than our old one (from the 80s!).

Patrick was our technician. He was calm, polite and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave me good suggestions for how we could improve the function of our heat pump both now and in the future. I am very pleased with our first experience with Faust because of Patrick's superior attitude and work ethic.

Prompt, professional service. The work to replace my central air unit began 2 hours after my initial phone call and finished the next day. Price was reasonable and this company has my absolute trust and recommendation👍
