I can not recommend D&D highly enough - every time they come out their service has been absolutely fantastic! Chris has been to our house twice and each time he did a very thorough job and gave detailed answers to any questions we had. Today he went more than above and beyond to diagnose a mysterious problem we are having with our Ecobee thermostat. I completely trust D&D to take care of any work on our AC and heating systems.

If you want prompt, reliable and professional service for your HVAC system , D&D is the best. All the service techs are great and it was good seeing Kennis again for our maintenance contract visit since he is the best. We always feel confident that our systems are in good working order thanks to D&D.

Kennis was great, he was extremely thorough and pleasant to talk to. He found 2 separate sources of gas leak that the folks at UGI did not (which is incredibly unsafe on UGI’s part). He quickly and efficiently repaired both. First was a misfit pipe and second was a malfunctioning valve, after testing each and showing me with my own nose. He hung out for some time after to ensure there was no more gas smell. Highly recommended!

D&D came out the same day I called and got my heating system back up and running.

I've been using D&D for our maintenance contract for our AC and Furnace for years. They always show up on time and get the job done quickly. When it came time to replace our whole system, they worked with me to come up with a new set-up that met my requirements exactly. They didn't try to over sell me on equipment I didn't need. Chris was great to work with every step of the process. They stuck to their quote and showed up on the scheduled installation day. And even though they said the job would take 2-3 days, they managed to get it all done in 1. The whole crew was very polite and answered questions about using the new system. Finally, their craftsmanship is top notch. There's an obvious difference in the quality of their workmanship compared to the original builder-grade installation that we replaced. Its clean, neat and looks like it will last. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC projects and repairs.

When my home warranty company, gave me a useless contractor to repair my AC unit during a 3 week heat and humidity wave, I gave up and started looking for a good company. I found D&D Air Cooling and Heating. I called their emergency service on a weekend and was immediately helped by Dustin. We tried a few things to see if the AC would start up again without a home visit but my AC unit was stubborn. I scheduled an in home service during the week, Kennis came out and was so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained what he was doing and gave tips on how to better care for my unit to avoid costly repair fees. The company deserves more than 5 stars. My AC unit is fixed, and the fee was more than reasonable for the part to fix it. I highly recommend! Great Job D&D - you are our official go to company for things Heating and Cooling!

D& D has been servicing my heat pump for years. This speaks for itself since I would not have remained with them had I not been satisfied. I have had many different workers service my unit over the years. I have never had a problem that couln't be solved with a simple phone call. Tony was my service person this last visit. He was very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. All in all another a good review.

We’ve used D&D Heating and Cooling for the past four years. They installed our system when our house was built and have serviced it since that time. When we had an issue with a propane leak at our furnace they came out to investigate immediately and they ensured it was fixed correctly even though they had to order a part at no cost beyond our service contract.
They have come out to our house on numerous occasions to help us rebalance our airflow and showed us how we can make the adjustments ourselves if we want.
The employees are always friendly, prompt, well informed, and clean up.
I would and have highly recommended D&D and will continue to do so!

June 2020: An update to start another summer season - after D&D "fixed" my system last year (May 2019), the system was again empty of refrigerant as of June 2020. So whatever was "fixed" obviously was not. I've not contracted a different company to fix this correctly to the tune of $1500. Do yourself a favor, and go with anyone but D&D.

May 2019: First, I will say that the technician who came to my home was friendly, professional, and explained everything very well. That's all the good I can say - I didn't choose this company, the builder of my home did, a home completed in summer 2017. Less than 2 years in, I'm hit with a $550 bill because of what I believe is an improper installation. No new AC installation on a new home should be leaking and require a refill of refrigerant in under two years. In my opinion, it was poor attention to detail at the time of installation, and an issue the service tech said he has never seen on something so new. And D&D would not take responsibility for it. I also believe they went with the quick fix instead of taking responsibility and fixing it properly, given the service tech originally said it would take 3 hours to fix. He was finished in 90 minutes. I cannot recommend them, and in the future, will not be using their services. (Edited to include additional detail)
